I bought a bloomspot offer for partial highlights and a full color for my daughter. We were to get appointments for 2 days after I bought the coupons. Unfortunately, one of the stylists quit and Jonathan, the receptionist, called me to cancel one of my appointments. He was so sweet, very professional and apologetic and I told him that it was okay.

I got to my appointment and I loved the ambience of the salon. Everybody was so nice and made me feel so welcome. Stephanie was my stylist and I am so glad that I found her. She did beautifully with my hair and I was so pleased that I wanted to make sure that my daughter's hair was done by her also. I even made another appointment with Stephanie for my other daughter. I cannot even begin to express how happy I am with my hair. Stephanie is AMAZING!!! :)

I bought a Bloomspot deal for partial highlights but I won't be back. At least nothing irreparable happened it's just that I could hardly tell anything was done! And it wasn't for lack of time! I was there 3 hours---and no one else was there except the other employees.

Highly recommend KIP, he's super skilled at cutting long hair and a really cool guy overall :) I had a Bloomspot voucher and the transaction was really smooth, no questions asked. Jonathan, the receptionist, was very sweet and helpful so no complaints there. Will definitely return!

I purchased a TIDBITS treat for a shampoo, cut and blowout from Shyn for $40. I was very excited about experiencing the new salon. In error, I missed the expiration date and understood that I could not get the great deal that I purchased. But I called the salon to see if I could at least use the $40 value of the coupon towards services. I was rudely told no. Which I thought was strange. Wouldn't they want someone new to come in and be amazed with their talent? Not only that, the salon owner has my $40... it's not like he/she is giving me a discount anymore. I tried to explain this to the man who answered the phone and once again was RUDELY turned down. I would have been happy to rate this salon well. But if this is how they treat potential new customers... I want no part of it.

Worth it!. I love the chill vibe of this place. It's kind of like cottage-meets-soho loft if that makes any sense. Everyone here is very friendly and warm, from Vanessa and Johanna who greet you, to all the stylists, including Kip and Casey. (Might I add they offer you Diet Coke or wine. Um, hello.) But the reason I'm writing this review is to brag on Katarina Voss, the newest stylist. She is a master. I had cotton candy, bleached-out hair and this girl was able to take me to a natural looking blonde (still light, but natural!) without further damaging my hair. Her haircuts are genius, too. She has a quick wit and a faaaabulous laugh and will listen to you blather on, which, really, who doesn't want?

Go go go book an appointment!

Katarina is so talented!!. Katarina just did my hair, color and cut, and I absolutely LOVE it! She did such an awesome job, I have never felt so good about my hair! Katarina definitely has a gift! She is so nice and easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. And she has such a cute personality too! The salon was super clean and organized, and has a very modern/hip feel. I have no doubt that she is one of the best in Houston. I will not go anywhere else!

Great "eye," great experience!. Casey has the ability to look at you and see the adjustments you need to look your absolute best! I always have the best time when he does my hair/color/make-up. It's always a no-pressure environment and I know he's giving me his honest opinion.

I live in Austin and though it's hard to get into Houston to get my hair done, I do it because it is worth it!

Leigh Robinson is THE BEST. I've seen Leigh Robinson every month & a half for the past 4 years & I will never switch!!! Her eye for cut is amazing.. My hair is always what I want it to be. I'm constantly being asked "who does your hair". Leigh deserves full credit, not me! LOL. I have very fine, limp hair that is very hard to maintain. It has to be very healthy, or it starts to resemble a dried up limp looking plant, dead. Leigh keeps my hair healthy by giving me regular trims, conditioning treatments & dies my hair with dyes that are so gentle they do no damage whatsoever. I have never been to someone who cared enough to really listen to my gripes when it comes to my hair. They all have seen me as just another one that they will do the same thing to as the last. I recommend if you want more, to go see Leigh. You will not be disappointed.

Best cut and service in town!. Brad Hensler has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. He is always insightful as to what is the best style for me and is great at explaining the details. Heather and Casey are always friendly and the vibe in the salon is always good. I would definitely recommend Brad as one of the city's best stylist for men's cuts!

Brad Hensler is AWESOME!. Brad has been making me look sexy and handsome for over 12 years. I trust no one else, and have only strayed from him one time, which was a truly regrettable mistake. His talent and creativity keep my image fresh and stylish. He has the innate ability to comprehend your contemplated style, and the talent and experience to sculpt your locks into a functional and artistic representation of the imagined result. There is no substitute for this level of quality of talent.
