Please spare yourself the grief and time! The owner is one of the rudest and unsympathetic people I have ever met. If you are going to offer services to cancer patients shopping for wig you need to have some sort of compassion or some form of customer service. On top of the rudeness I waisted my money on a horrible wig. Please please d yourself a favor I wish I would have known I could have saved my self hundreds of dollars and the humiliation!

It was easier than I thouth.. I've never had any other types of tattoos so I didn't know what to expect.

I explained my fears and concerns with the staff and they did everything to put me at ease.

After the initial consultation I decided to have my eye liner done. And now I'm so happy with the results I'm going to have them do my eyebrows also.

I'm very satisfied with the work I had done. All smiles. Thanks,

I love my new eyebrows!. I checked out a few places and I finally made my choice. They treated me really well and after visiting several places Houston Lace stood out in my mind as the place I wanted to go back to. They did everything to put me at ease.

The result is, I love my new eyebrows! I've told all my friends and whenever I need a touch up I plan on coming back.

Great Experience. I had a great experience with my permanent eyeliner and would advise anyone to give them a try. I wake up everyone with eyeliner that does not smear and cause the darkening under my eyes anymore. I love it and the tech was great. I will get a touch-up because I like my eyeliner real dark.

Worst experience ever!. I would advise anyone looking to get their brows permanently tattooed to shop around before settling here. I wish I had. The technician was rude, pushy, non sympathetic, everything you wouldn't want in someone doing something so permanent. They make you pay a 50 dollar non refunable deposit on your consultation so you won't leave once you've met the woman. Because believe me if it wasn't for that 50 dollars I would've left. Now, i'd gladly pay 50 to get this crap removed! I will not be going back for the 100 dollar touch up. I'll be going some where that knows what they are doing and how to treat a customer.

Not good. Went here back in August to do eyebrows. She also asked me to draw in my eyebrows. I am not good at drawing them hence why I wanted permanent ones duh. After the procedure I noticed both eyebrows weren't quite even but she said it will fade and no eyebrows are perfectly even. After a few days, my left eyebrow is very noticeably thicker and darker than my right eyebrow. When I went back to see them I showed them my eyebrows and they said I can come back for touch up in two weeks. Little did I know that would cost me extra. So I am paying extra for her to fix the job she screwed up? Who charges people to fix their own mistakes?

permanent makeup. terrible experience. I've been rushed all the time which is unacceptable when you are dealing with your face. wasn't given any advice about shape nor color! I've been told 'what ever you draw, I'll do a tattoo over this line'. What if I've never done make up before or not good at it?

As a result, the tattoo on two eyebrows is not even and I had to go to another place to do the correction of this bad job.

Time-saver! Awesome Permanent Make-up!!. What a great decision to get the permanent eyebrows & eyeliner! I was very apprehensive at first, but Terry was very professional and took time to explain everything. I am more than pleased with my results. It looks great & I now have extra time in the morning, since I just throw on a little mascara!!
