I LOVE LOVE LOVE Elite hair! I have been ordering hair from elite for the past 4 years and I've been 100% satisfied each and every time. The ladies are sweet and very helpful and their products, hair and prices are amazing! I would recommend elite lace wig store to anyone and everyone!!

I ordered Malaysian hair from Elitehaironline in February and I am still wearing the hair !!! This has been the best hair !I ever had . It holds curls and it looks so healthy . they have great customer service ...after I bought the hair they did a courtesy call to see how i liked it .....they actually care about what I though and how the hair was.Last week I stood in for their Black Friday Sale for 2hours ! It was worth it I won a door prize !!!...

Ghetto - Trashy - Rude - Unprofessional. The "little" representatives at the SW location are completely RUDE and unprofessional. I was at ther location at the time it opened to purchase the Brazilian lace for $400 and was told I would have to come back at 2pm when no one was there at that time. Ive dealt with this company in the beginning and was one of the original customers and have NEVER experienced such poor treatment. Long story short I went to MARI ARI and spent $600 on a 24 inch Indian french wave and it is GORGEOUS!. I have a business and refuse to patronize places with horrible customer service. I will be reviewing this place on many websites. Just thought I'd let you know that you lost $460 due to them being ghetto, rude and nasty! No Bueno!

Horrible Service. Truly unprofessional and bad customer service. Staff and manager gave fraudulent and misleading information. Chloe "the manager" had no management or resolution skills. Very bad experience. Be smart, stay away.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!. "elite" my ass!! OMG I can NOT even come to terms as to why this business is even open! They sent me garbage "virgin" hair around july 20th and i received the hair around july 28th then returned the hair because it was pure GARBAGE it looked like it had been processed 13 times and stored away in a dingy basement! I returned the hair the next day and sent "elite" a tracking number because they asked for one if i were to return the hair. I did as they asked and returned the hair immediately. I tracked the package and it was delivered 6 days later. Elite also said for the inconvenience they'd pay for ALL shipping costs! It's now September 23 and I've YET to receive any of my money! They take FOREVER to respond to me even till this day, they've given me bs runarounds, they act like they're clueless to your situation, they are disrespectful, rude and not professional on any bases! I had to threaten them that I would put in a claims to paypal if they didn't respond more promptly to my situation! And guess what? I had to put in a claim because they are way too unprofessional to deal with an easy transaction such as mine! I hate this place and I hope they go out of business soon! I worked hard for my money and with times like these people shouldn't play around with other's money! This so called business doesn't deserve a star or a review but I HAVE to spread the word about this nonsense!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! BEWARE!!

Horrible!.
Ordered products online to be delivered via UPS Ground. That was July 7th. No communication, no update on order status, no tracking information, nothing. No response to my phone calls to their so called "customer service number."
I've had to escalate a claim to get my money back from them from paypal. They've even refused to respond to IT! PayPal will end up refunding my money, but by not responding, they are just being rude and making me wait instead of making it right and just admitting that they took my money and lost the order.
I gave it one star only because I could not give it NO STARS. Very sad company, and no way to do business. AVOID!

Elite Hair and Beauty has an awesome customer service team, they are always there to meet and greet the customers with a warm smile, and always meeting the needs of the customer.
I am a repeat customer many times over, and very hard to please when it comes to my hair. "THIS IS IT". I have found my own star stylist. She is like no other. Thank's to the stylist that made it happen for me, she really did a wonderful job with the ouality lace that was selected and applied on me.
