Excellent experience!. I visited April for the first time yesterday, lured in by a Bloomspot coupon and the hilarious tagline on her website. "We make your cooter cuter!" HAHAHA! Awesome. I'm in!

The whole experience was awesome - the salon is clean, comfortable and easy to find; April is nice, professional and puts you immediately at ease; and whatever magic wax she uses hurts significantly less than other places I have been to.

Though this was not my first wax, it was my first in a long time and April took great care to be thorough while making sure I was comfortable/not ready to run screaming from the room. She's a total pro!

Do yourself a favor and check this place out - you'll be glad you did!

The BEST. April is great! I went there for the first time, and for my first wax EVER, a few months ago and now I'm hooked. April is fantastic. She is so good at making you feel comfortable.

I read lots of reviews about other places before deciding to go here, since it was my first time getting waxed. But I am so glad I found the perfect place! I am a customer for life now!

Best Wax in Houston!. I've had bikini waxes before but I had my first brazilian with April and have to admit, I was a bit nervous going into it. April put me at ease and made the experience enjoyable (I never thought I would say that about having a wax, but it's true). She is extremely professional but very personable at the same time, which was comforting for me. I definitely recommend Winkin' Twinkies for all your waxing needs!

Minimal pain with waxing.. No joke!. Did you ever think you would see "minimal pain" and "waxing" in the same sentence? Well believe it!

April only uses the best wax, where it seems to numb the skin so it is minimal pain when it is removed. I know it was the wax and April's gentle touch because I had not taken a sip of wine before my appointment.

The place is very intimate and April really makes sure you are comfortable and breaks the ice.

Hands down - THE best waxing place in all of Houston!

Best Ever!!. April is by far the best! I had been shopping around and was sooo fortunate to find her. Not only were the results FANTASTIC, but it was far less painful than previous experiences.

One of the best parts is that she is really friendly. Before I knew it, she was through! I've already booked my next appointment.

Best Waxing Experience Ever!. I am 47 years old and had my first brazilian wax done at Winkin' Twinkies. I was a little nervous but April made it fun. I went with a friend was made it more fun. I don't know why I waited so long to do this. I have already recommended April to a friend and have set up an appointment for my next wax. I am definitely going to recommend April to everyone I know who is scared to wax.

Best Waxer in town!!!. This was my first brazilian waxing experience and April made me feel so comfortable! She made feel relaxed and at ease during the experience and took the awkwardness out of the situation. I would definetely recommend her waxing services and will be visiting again!

First times a charm!!. I had my first brazilian wax done at Winkin Twinkies and it was way better than what I expected. I'll admit, I was very nervous at first, but it was a great experience. Clean comfortable atmosphere made the experience a delight. Great conversation and wonderful results! Highly recommend this place for all first time and repeat wax junkies! I'll definitely be going back!!

really great. April is really great and she does a great job. She is friendly and good at what she does. She doesn't make it awkward but acknowledges that it is a little. She is a little far from where I live but I will still go back to her. Highly recommended!
