Nice theater, questionable staff. I moved to Pearland in September and have frequented the Cinemark Pearland location on numerous occasions since. For the most part, my experiences have been positive, with the exception of the following two incidents:

1. My car, along with 2 others, was keyed in the parking lot in the middle of the day. There was a security guard on duty and the parking lot was fairly empty, but he didn't see anything, so all I could do is file a police report.

2. This past Friday (5/1/09) I went to the Cinemark to watch Wolverine. I had purchased tickets via Fandango at noon that day for the 7:40 showing. I arrived to the theater in time to pick up my tickets to the sold out show and watched the people in front of me purchase tickets for the 10:30 show. They proceeded to enter the theater and hand their tickets to the employee who allowed them in. I told the employee and the manager their tickets were for the 10:30 show while the employee still had their tickets in her hand. Neither of them took action. The people then went into the theater and occupied the 2 remaining decent seats, leaving my boyfriend and I to take front row seats and have neck aches within the first 10 minutes.

***Since writing this review, I have been contacted by the staff at the Cinemark Pearland. My complaint was resolved to my satisfaction. I commend the Cinemark upper management for reviewing and addressing complaints in such a timely manner.
