DOESN'T PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES! (10 months later). If "zero" stars were possible, that's what this company would get! They STILL have not made good on my husband's $4007.15 in paychecks owed to him since December 2010! the Texas Workforce Commission is involved and everything and as usual, STEPHEN MOORE will not "own up" to his mistake in nearly running this company into the ground (since daddy handed it over to him years ago). STEPHEN, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR THE MONEY THEY HAVE EARNED! We have a family to provide for too!

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much I appreciate Chris coming out to do my spring AlC check up. I had been having a problem with my heater not lighting and had had several companies out on different occasions to fix this matter but the problem continued. I mentioned this to Chris and he knew right off the bat what the problem and the fix. He took the time to explain it to me and was very kind and professional.

Good Workers!. Can't thank you enough for all the extra time and effort you made to make sure i was a satisfied customer.It's nice to know there are still a few good people/hard workers out there. The company is extremely lucky to have employees like thiers on thier team.

Respectful Staff and Quick Work. Our air conditioning went out on August 3rd and we called Arvell Moore since we had used thier services previously. To our delight MArtin and his crew arrived early on August 4th and worked feverishly all day long to get our air conditioning unit installed and running. They also respected our home by protecting the rug on our home and then cleaning up in the attic and the outside once teh job was completed. The job ( installing the compressor and unit in the attic) was completed within 7 hours! We also appreciated the fact that Martin stayed behind until he knew our unit was working properly.

All in all we were very pleased with the service and effcient job completed by Martin and his crew. We will definitely call Arvell Moore again if and when we hae problems with our air conditioning again. Hopefully not soon!

SECOND TIME IS A CHARM. Arvell Moore installed a new unit at our beach house in Port Bolivar completing the work on August 8, 2008. It seemed to be working fine when we left to go back to Pasadena in August. When we returned for our next vacation the unit was not cooling.

Since we were expecting family and had just spent $6,300 on the new unit we were kind of upset.We called Arvell Moore and we were grateful that Rex took his job so late in the evening thus allowing the repairs to be made sooner.

He used his skills and knowledge to diagnose the problems and fix them,. He seemed genuinely interested in our comfort and well being through out this experience.

AC REPAIR THAT CARES. Last year we decided to update our air conditioning and heating unit and chose Arvell Moore. The crew was very professional and went out of their way not to disrupt our home. We are very pleased with the new air conditioning and heating system along with the new duct work. Our energy bill has been drastically reduced; almost in half and we could not be happier. We would recommend them to anyone.

A COMPANY THAT REALLY CARES. Arvell Moore fixed our AC right in time for the hottest season of the year. When we had trouble paying the bill they were very understanding and allowed us to make three payments over a set time frame. They helped us out twofold in our seemingly desperate moment. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of help with their AC.—Phyllis fish

Beat the Heat with Arvell Moore. The two man crew who installed our new comfort-maker system (AC, Heat, and Insulation) were completely courteous and professional.

They were quick and efficient in completing what seemed to be a very complicated job in spite of the oppressive heat—thanks again, Jeanette Dosbical
