Everything was great. No one pressured me into the purchase of the vehicle and everyone let me be aware of my options. Kenneth and Jeff took their time with me and made it a breeze throughout the process. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and with Planet Ford's customer service.

Everyone in the process was
professional and polite. I had been looking for a new car for nearly 2 months using the various search engines on the internet, and kicking tires locally to determine the best price. Planet Ford had the best price listed. I didn’t know if they were going to ask for more, or try to upgrade my car. That did not happen, I asked for a drive out price for the car, and they gave it to me, and stuck to the price.
I want to commend Meme Eckerle, and Jordan Smith for making my experience a good one.

It was great! I tried to buy a car the day before at Tomball Ford and they sent me away. Craig was very helpful and I will definitely buy my next car from him as well.

Mr. Burns;
I want to commend you for one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I never thought about dealing with anyone as large as Planet Ford, because I always thought they were going to be High Pressure. Being a salesperson and on the road, I have traveled 60,000 miles a year and have purchased several cars and trucks.
My sales person was Denise Kelly. She worked very hard for me and really made this a great experience. She got all the questions answered that I asked and was on the job 100%. She looked out for me as well as Planet Ford totally. I feel that you have a great employee there.
I also want to commend Jax, Juan, and the young lady that introduced me to my new truck. No sure of name, I think possibly Alanda. All persons need to be commended. They were all great. Juan was extremely efficient and had everything in order, thanks a lot to Denise, Jax was very helpful, quoted me a price and set me an appt. No high pressure sales from anyone. I thank you for that.
I will be back the next time I buy a car or truck. Again thanks to Denise and all the Planet Ford folks. What a great team.
