This was by far the WORST customer service ever. I spent a majority of my day talking with someone & had made an appointment for us to meet to work on a deal because she clearly stated that they were desperate and would do anything possible to make a deal and that clearly seemed to be anything but the truth. I rushed after work to make it there on time.. I drove 148 miles through traffic and rain pretty much just to waste my time! I got there to realize the girl I had been talking with wasn't there until 9 like she claimed & she found someone else to work with me. He told me he had the car set off on the side for me & needed to get the keys so he could show me the car. I look at the car & I see people getting in it to test drive it. He goes to ask the manager & is told that there isn't a deal but they are working on it. He then told me if the car was sold, he would put me in another car & order the one I want. He asked what I was comfortable with payment & down payment wise. He comes back with some ridiculously off the wall numbers that weren't in the least bit reasonable. I asked several times what the sticker price of the car was & he kept saying that he didn't know. After telling him that I found the same exact car for much cheaper, he proceeded to tell me I was lying. He told me that trading in my car would be a horrible idea & used explicit language to describe that the other dealers I had worked with were just trying to sell a car & proceeded to say that this is what he does for a living and is damn good at it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I ever even consider returning there myself.
Continuous bad service with Tomball
I went in on a Saturday afternoon and after being told that all banks were closed to come back on Monday, I did. On Monday, sales person gave me a finance rate, after driving 2 hours to go there they changed the finance rate, which by luck I had it in a text from sales person so they had to use the lower rate. Then after leaving and a few days later, I realized they never put an inspection sticker on my car. So instead of them mailing one to me since they made the mistake they told me I would need to bring the car back from them to put inspection sticker on it...I instead paid the $ at an inspection place locally to get car inspected. Now it has been a month and I still have not received all the papers I signed on the day I bought the vehicle. I have called 5 times and the last time the receptionist hung up on me because I was "talking rudely to her".
Think twice before going here.
Had a great experience. I had a great experience on Sat 10/22/2011. Sales person was great and finance helped me achieve the payment that I need. Thanks again guys you are great!
Dishonest, unfair, and pushy..
Hidden prices galore! We were charged extra for the following dealer installed items, despite not having any desire for any of them:
- Mopar Electronic Vehicle Tracking System (EVTS) - $599
- VIN etched windows - $599
- Interior and Exterior protection - $595
In fact, we were told that the EVTS would be included in the price of the vehicle and would not be charged. Turns out, we were charged, and the salesman flat out lied to us when we confronted him about this charge two days later. Lies, lies, lies- that's what this dealership specializes in. We were never informed of the VIN etching or the Interior/Exterior protection until we sat down in the finance office. We didn't know that we would have to pay for either of these until we had time to sit down and review the contract the next day (the dealership was closed by the time we got to the finance office, so we were rushed out the doors after each piece of paper was shoved in front of us to sign).
Will NEVER do business with them again in any capacity. Would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. Dishonest, unfair, and pushy.
Great!. I had a great exprience buying a car at Tomball Dodge. Beverly helped me so much in the accessories department. She knew exactly what I was looking for without having to really tell her. I will def be telling my friends about her and sending people her way so that she can make their car buy experience fun!

Honesty and Warmth. My parents bought me a car here and then ended up buying a new car for themselves. Ryan Farrell helped us both times and he is awesome. His honesty and warmth definitely made us feel at ease.
Turned something I dreaded into a great experience!. I do not like to car shop, but the time had come, (actually, it was over due). I had gone to a couple of dealerships and was not too excited or pleased with the service. I was not looking for a new car, but a late model and several sales associates, didn't seem to listen to me. I decided to give Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep a try, and happen to meet Ryan Farrell. He was a breath of fresh air. I had an amazing experience and came home with what I was looking for, and not a better attitude about car shopping. Thanks Ryan!
Great Service and a Lovely Experience. After experiencing bad customer service at other dealerships and prices that were just insane I was about to give up on my search for a new car. I walked into Tomball Dodge and was greeted by Ryan Farrell and immediately felt like I'd found the right place. The prices were awesome and I did not feel any pressure to buy. I felt like I was being treated as a person and not like numbers on someone's pay check. Overall, it was a really positive experience.
Awesome Customer Service. I had been ripped off at another car dealership, but I know I can trust Ryan Farrell at Tomball Dodge. They were even able to help me with financing despite a few credit issues I have. Ryan and the rest of the staff did an awesome job and I will definitely go back there next time.
