They Don't Care!. I had to transfer to another doctor because I had to move and they did not transfer the medical records to the new doctor. They are very difficult to get a hold of and they didn't seem to care about me as a patient or care about the baby. I had a terrible fall and wanted to have the baby checked out but I had to wait two weeks because they were holding on to the medical records. Poorly managed office and they need to find a way to show they "care" for their patients.
