If you make the smallest request for an additional item or for a deleted item on one of the entrees it sends the server running to the chef. The chef is very aggressive and rude and won't make exceptions on a plate even if you have a food alergy. The chicken in the bento box was like rubber and the dumplings are from the freezer section of the supermarket. I have eaten there many times and it has been progressively worse the last three visits...

• Pros: good sushi selection
• Cons: poor service and no customer service skills
