We received a gift certificate from restaurant . com - The certificate states "No Expiration Date" on the front. For starters, the food was marginal at best but the service is absolutely horrible. We sat for long periods of time with no waiter/waitress and the genius waiting on our table forgot our order on 2 separate occasions. When we received the check, we presented the gift card and were told "The new manager decided he no longer wants to accept these certificates". The manager "Justin", who appears to be all of 19 years old arrives at the table and basically tells us to take it or leave it. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Steer Clear. Despite what Chris here thinks Norton's is not "back" nor was it ever present in the first place. Food is still mediocre at best which would be fine should they be pitching the bar aspect and not trying to be a family restaurant. Also keep an eye on your waitress as they have a tendency to drink as you order rounds and tack it onto your bill at the end of the night. Wait times and service are completely lacking as well as being highly overpriced for the quality. Save yourself time and money and just steer clear.
Nortons is Back and better than ever..... I am the new manager at Nortons Humble. I wanted to take the time to tell everyone that we are back and badder than ever. After some HUGE changes, wed like to invite everyone back out to give us another try!!!. If we lost you in the past, try this place again. Our patio, our menu, our beer selection, and our attitude is better than ever. Wed and sundays, kids eat free with 2 HUGE moonwalks on Sundays for the kids. Just try us again, youll be glad you did.
