Richard Fuller was very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure approach which I appreciated. He also helped find an additional rebate option (worth $1000) that no other dealer mentioned. I would have preferred the vehicle start out with a full tank of gas (26 glns). I didn't understand the 15 gallon limit I was told about, but I did not mention it to Richard or he likely would have fixed it for me.I also wish Ford would provide documentation on extended warranty options in detail and up front to give a person time to review. I was told in finance I had to decide on the spot if I wanted any extended warranty options, and it was only a verbal description...nothing in writing, even after I left. I feel this is poor at best.

Fantastic! As a first time buyer dealerships have that bad reputation of trying to take advantage of you, and make as much as they can off of you, but my experience was the total opposite. The deal was a great guy. He did everything he could to help me out and I was able to drive off with a car of my own that day.
