Bad service, mediocre food.. I have always been a big fan of Chuys on Westheimer and never had a bad experience there until the new Chuy's was built on 290. I never had good service at the 290 location and I kept trying to give them "another chance" but I will NEVER go back to this location again. When I talked to the Manager about the bad service we were getting from our waiter, all he did was defend his waiter and didn't say "sorry" until we walked out the door. I don't normally complain about "service" but I work in customer service now and I know how easy it is to go above and beyond to make a customers experience well worth it. Don't waste your time here, drive in town and go to the Location inside the loop...MUCH better!
