Great customer service! All are there to assist you reach your goal. The ambiance is nice and you notice it as soon as you step inside the establishment. Lots of wellness programs to choose from. I went for weight loss program and it has been worth every penny!

Amazing!. This clinic is awesome! I went there a few weeks ago. The staff is very helpful and the doctor is very direct and supplies plenty of information and guidelines of the programs. They explain everything to you, from what your numbers mean on the scale to what they should be. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and gave me a discount card to my prescription. Although I couldn't pick my prescription up until that evening, i was still able to start it the next day. I am feeling better about myself and making healthier choices and just feel all around great! I recommend this clinic to everyone, they can help you no matter what.

RUN AWAY NOW!!!!. If I was you, I wouldn't even waste my time.

I have heard so many bad things about this place from other patients as well.

These are just a few examples to help you make the right decision.

The "doctor", which by the way is not even a real doctor is NEVER there. My wife was on the program and of course had questions. The man was never there to answer them until we told the staff we were very dis-satisfied. My wife had to wait for 2 days before she could even get her prescription!! My wife waited for about a month to even get her blood-work explained to her!!

I asked one of the staff members what the ''doctor's'' name was and they said they were not allowed to give it out. What does that tell you right there? Obviously this is not a legitimate business.

My experience in the medical field as a Physical Therapist makes me think the clinic has a medical director because the ''doctor'' cannot legally write medical prescriptions, especially for a controlled substance. My wife has never once met the medical director or even met with him through Skype.

The front of the building looks ghetto and its blamed on hurricane Ike. Wasn't hurricane Ike 3 years ago? pretty bad excuse if you ask me.

They ask for your credit information before you can even book an appointment, how scummy is that?!

The only good thing about this clinic is the staff. The girls go out of their way to help you in any way they can, but they can only do so much with the little guidance they have.

Someone please report this place!!!

Very Helpful and go out of their way to help you!. BEST Medical Office staff, atmosphere I've ever experience -- I never expected soo much attention -- NO WAIT!!! WOW.

This office is great, the staff is very friendly and professional. I came in and saw the Dr. the same day. I can stop by anytime and get my shots and they don't charge me just to check in for my Body Fat% and weight. I have called an emailed diet questions and they are very helpful. I only paid on my initial visit, I did not expect this much attention!

Lost about 35lbs so far and a few inches, 2 sizes in my pants! I've committed to the lifestyle change, and I'm eating more often than I ever have. Who knew. Love the High-Tech feel of the office! check them out, don't just take my comment for it .

This Place is a Joke!!!. NO WALK INS ALLOWED!! This place makes it virtually impossible to do the weight loss program. You are required to come for 2 visits before anything even happens. Once you come for your 2nd appointment, which is only on Friday afternoons, you meet with the doctor via Skype...how safe can that be??!! Front office staff is very unprofessional!! I would NEVER recommend this place to a single person. I think the AMA should be notified that this doctor is writing prescriptions via video conference & never ever meeting the actual patient.

Great Place for Customer Service. Very impressed with the quality and likeness of the staff here. Everyone made me feel very comfortable especially since I was coming in for their Weightloss Program. Everything from making the appointment to checking out was great! I will be back soon! :)
