A no show on the car service and no returned call after I called and left a message to find out status of the car. Booked on line, received a confirmation for an airport car service. No customer service at all. Do NOT use.

Do NOT book - they will leave you stranded. ZERO STARS - I booked in advance a car service from this company to pick me up at Hobby for a late night arrival (1am). Not only did they not show, they didnt contact me (email or phone). I tried calling them - and their office is closed! So much for that 24 hour thing! I was forced to find other transportation which translates into a terrifying ride in a public taxi (who pulled over on Telephone road at 1am to fill up his taxi with gas - leaving the meter running, and the driver doesnt know Houston so he literally missed the 288 exit, taking 2x as long to reach our destination). 24 Hour Taxi didnt bother to call me the next day or anything. On a positive note, even though the cabbie took twice as long, he only charged me half of what 24 hour taxi was going to charge.

Do NOT Use: No-Show for Transport to Airport. Do not, under any circumstance, use this taxi company!!

I booked 24Hr Airport Taxi Company for an early morning transit to Houston (IAH) Airport, and the driver did not show up. I did not receive ANY phone call to advise of this cancellation, and after my call to the company, I was FIRST told that the driver was having mechanical problems & would be 20 minutes late, THEN was told that the driver was not going to be coming at all!!

The company did not provide any compensation, credit, or apology. I was left to find other travel arrangements, and almost missed my flight.

I could not rate this company any LESS than I do now. Please DO not take the risk of booking through this company, unless you can afford a No-Show. There are plenty of other companies to use. Avoid this one!!
