Ideal for our small office. I just had our office switch from our old bottled water supplier to Mirex Aqua Pure - the bottleless system was a great change, none of us in the office were happy to try to change the heavy bottles and it was too much of a hassle of a to keep clean and keep up with.

Very good to have this new water company, it's been so much easier since we made the switch.

Top Flight Customer Service. The best customer service for an ice machine company. This is the 4th company I've tried in the 5 years since my cafe opened and these guys are the best!

Friendly and polite, I've only had to call once about a small service issue and they had it resolved by the following day. No problems with overcharging, double-billing, or being unable to reach somebody or my calls never being returned. They have been true professionals every step of the way.

Great Machines. I love the new ice machines we had delivered from Mirex Aqua Pure Solutions. They run super quiet and and are much faster than the ones we had been using before. Glad we switched to their service, it's been working out very well.

Great Service all round. We've used Mirex Aqua Pure Solutions for the past 2 years now and have not had any notable problems - from the quality of the machines to their prompt customer service, it's all been good - no problems here.

Contract you can't get out of!. This company has a 60 month contract that you can't walk away from they are crooks! Don't make the mistake I did!

They come out and say they change the filters but only change one and you pay $108 dollars every 6 months!

i have learned they sit on the board of the BBB so somehow they keep a good rating, I don't know how!

Over priced and lots of hidden charges. This company requires a long contract. The contract has many hidden cost. They even charge 135.31, to pick the equipment up....They would not allow me to drop the equipment off, in order to avoid the pickup charge.I was ripped -off for 5 years...Ozarka has the same machine for half of the price . Buyer be ware....Crooks....
