Day Care. We haven't had the chance to train our pup with their classes yet, but have used the day care for several months and have boarded on occasion. They are patient, professional and warm. My dog adores them and loves the play area. They know and respect the personality of each dog and allow them to act like--dogs! What a concept!

Great Puppy Classes and a Nice Enviornment. After looking at a few other dog trainers in the area, I decided this was the place for my 10wk old Boston Terrier puppy, a breed which is known for being hyperactive and wild.

The puppy class was a ton of fun, all the puppies would learn a few basics and then get to romp around for socialization. All the puppies really seemed to enjoy it and by the end they all knew quite a few commands!

I went ahead and signed up for Basic Obedience as well and I was NOT disappointed. The lessons got done without a lot of stress I was thrilled with how quickly my puppy picked up on things! He still has a way to go but he's advancing super quickly, I even plan to have him go onto the Advanced and Agility classes when he's ready. PLUS, he's showing no signs of that crazy hyperness that I was warned about.

Overall a great place for dogs and people!

Two Sides to Every Story. The previous reviewer left out a few details-

First, we do not require payment for multiple days up front. You can pay by the day or week or buy a 10 day pass.

Second, her dog attacked another dog and that was why she was kicked out.

Third, thanks to our quick trainers, no dog was hurt in the attack but a trainer was bitten causing hundreds of dollars in hospital and medical bills after insurance payments. That's why the $40 or so that was still owed was not refunded.

Stop by for yourself or talk some of our long term customers and you'll see that we are friendly, clean and a great place for your dog to be.

Bad Customer Service - other places are much better!. Pup Scouts requires you to pay a month in advance -- do not do it. If they don't like something your dog does, they will not refund your money. The owner will lead you to believe your dog is welcome then at the last minute tell you something different and will not refund any money nor answer any emails or letters. There are many other doggie daycare centers in the Spring Branch area that have grass (outdoors) where your dog can run and play, not be stuck in a storefront shopping center. Be sure to check around.
