Over all a great and very simple experience. Found the vehicle I wanted on ebay. shot over an e-mail. Dealt with Joe and Sam over the phone and via text messages. They got the price where I wanted it. I could tell they were good people. Managers were low stress and straight shooters. Finance (Stephen) was also awsome and low stress. Can't say enough about the people.

Had a very good experience throughout this whole experinece here at Russell & Smith Ford. From the sales associate; Joe Rodriquez, to the finacial personal Johnny. Other staff we very friendly and we were acknowledged throuhout the showroom. I will definently recommend this dealership.

It was perfect. Met with Paul a week before he took his time to met with me even though the dealership was going to be closing within the hour. I was able to schedule to come in on his schedule and then Connie helped get my car appraised. Johny was able to explain the coverages and payments very thoroughly.
