Awesome place to get into shape !

Awesome personal trainer and he is very passionate about what he does!! I strongly recommend Fitness Forever if you are serious about losing weight and getting into the best shape of your life! Great motivation and encouragement is a added plus and Rick is a genuine person that cares about all his clients ! I started in july 2008 and will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as Fitness Forever is there! Thank You Rick for all you've helped me achieve!!!
