Best Body Lift Surgeon - Dr. Basu transformed my life!. I can honestly say that Dr. Basu has transformed my life. I lost over 135 lbs from my weight loss surgery. But I had all this loose skin and everything looked horrible even in clothing. I live in Louisiana and had two friend travel far to have Dr. Basu perform their body lifts. They look awesome and had no problems after their surgeries. My girlfriends finally convinced me to make the long trek to Houston for a consult. During my visit, I knew I had found the right doc for me. I had my body lift and buttock augmentation using my own tissue without any implants. It was a big surgery with about a 2 week recovery until I was feeling pretty good - but so worth it! I love my new waist and flat tummy. For the first time in my life, I can fit into sexy jeans for my Saints games and I love my new curves and love love love my butt. Next step - breast augmention and lift by Dr Basu b/c momma needs to look good in her tight Saints tshirts!!

I love my Results! So Natural.. I love my Results! I’m So Happy! I had my breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Basu. He did and amazing job on my breasts. I was an A cup and now I'm a D cup. I feel beautiful! I highly recommend Dr. Basu to anyone who is searching for an amazing plastic surgeon. He is genuinely caring, patient and so thorough. His staff is great as well; once you walk in you feel at home. I healed up so quickly. My results look so natural. I’ve since referred several girlfriends for their breast surgery and each and everyone has had awesome results. Look at his before after photos. They are the best. Best Plastic Surgeon in Houston Area from Kingwood Mom. I can true say Dr. Basu is the best surgeon in Houston. I tried to diet for years and never lost more than 15 lbs. at any one time, but after having a mommy makeover it has changed my whole attitude. I don't have that belly flab and my hips have slimmed down with the lipo and I feel and look great. I also am a size smaller just from the surgery alone. I am still recovering, but I love my new look. I am 52 years old and I feel the best I have in years from my new look and my new attitude. Thanks Dr. Basu and staff. You are the best. N.J.

Houston's Best Plastic Surgeon. I went to Dr. Basu 5 years ago after loosing a significant amount of weight and loosing most of my breast mass. Dr. Basu and his ENTIRE staff are amazing! Dr. Basu and his staff took their time in answering all my questions, explaining every aspect of my procedure/surgery. No matter how many questions I had, Dr. Basu was patient, kind, and informative. The team was very honest with me, so that I had a full understanding of what to expect with my results. I felt like each of them took a genuine interest in me as a person. Just viewing Dr. Basu's work spoke volumes of his ability. With just meeting him, I felt very confident in choosing him as my surgeon. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff at Basu Plastic Surgery actually are. I had fabulous results with my breast augmentation and lift. I am even on the website as a before and after! :) I am happy when I look in the mirror naked. That shows how perfectly Dr. Basu acheived what I was looking for. My breasts look natural, even better than they did before I lost the weight. I couldn't be happier.

Because of the fabulous results of my augmentation and the comfort I felt with Dr. Basu, I went back to him 2 years ago to have liposuction done on my hips and thighs. He completely got rid of my saddlebags on my thighs. I feel confident, secure, and more than pleased with Dr. Basu. He is an incredible doctor that loves what he does and is amazing at it!

His staff (especially Elizabeth) answers all my calls, help make special arrangements for me because I have to travel from out of town to have him as a doctor, and help allieviate any worry I might be having. I live an hour and twenty minutes from Dallas, but drive over 3 hours into Houston in order to have Dr. Basu as a surgeon.

Best Plastic Surgeon in Houston!. Dr. Basu is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. I went on several consultations with board certified plastic surgeons. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. This doc is very thorough. And he listened to my goals to achieve the natural look I wanted. His before and after pictures were simply the best. I ended up booking surgery for breast augmentation and tummy tuck and I am soooo happy with my results! Dora and his staff are genuinely caring and made me feel at home with every visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Basu to anyone considering cosmetic surgery! He is truly the mommy makeover expert.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! PLEASE READ!. I have met with Basu Plastic Surgery twice. Once for my consultation and a second time for my Pre-op meeting. I had an overwhelming sense of confidentiality at both appointments which was critical for me because I was so nervous. When I checked in they took my information and then I waited to be called back. As I was waiting I decided to strike up a conversation with one of the girls at the desk, once they knew I was comfortable in talking with them I was soon conversing with the entire office...it was comforting! I also must add that although there were other patients there, I never saw anyone else and neither did anyone else see me. They strive to meet with patients in confidence. Monica was the nurse with whom I first met. I have never met with an individual with so much enthusiasm for her job. I showed up an hour early for one of my appointments, and she did her best to accommodate me accordingly. She took her time in answering all my questions, explaining every aspect of my procedure/surgery. This takes a very long time during the pre-op because she went through every paper in the packet of patient information with me. After each page, she asked if I had any questions. I had many, and as silly as some were, she was patient, kind, and most importantly informative. The team was very honest with me, so that I had a full understanding of what to expect with my results. Watching the staff interact with one another was very comforting. I felt like each of them took a genuine interest in me as a person. During my pre-op I was very nervous. Monica interceded with all of Dr. Basu's accomplishments. She also went through some before and after pictures of other patients and I found myself full of anticipation. Just viewing Dr. Basu's work spoke volumes of his ability. With just meeting him, I felt very confident in choosing him as my surgeon. I cannot stress enough how amazing Monica and the staff at Basu Plastic Surgery actually are. If anyone reading this is interested in having a procedure done, please don't hesitate in calling Dr. Basu's office. Their customer service is incredible and I'm ecstatic to see my results!

Horrible Customer Service. I made an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. The girl at the front desk barely acknowledged me, so I didn't get a good first impression of the office. Then, I met with the treatment coordinator. I think her name was Monica. She seemed very rushed and talked very fast. Basically, I had to wait another 30 minutes while she rambled on and on about her personal life before the doctor came in to examine me. He did a quck exam and told me what he could do for me, then he left. Then, the treatment coordinator explained the costs to me. I asked her some questions, and she was very frustrated that I had questions to ask. She rolled her eyes at me and said, "So do you want to do it or not?" When I asked if I could ask the doctor some additional questions, she said yes after you have paid and picked the surgery date. What horrible customer service!!! I felt that they only cared about money and not the well-being of the patient. After all, this is surgery, and I would think they would take it more seriously.....it's not like I'm buying a purse or something! Needless to say, I will never come back to this office!

Great Doctor, Great Results. Dr. Basu is approachable, direct, honest, and easy to communicate with and I have always been happy and satisfied with my experience and results. Several of my girlfriends had procedures with Dr. Basu and it amazed me how fast they all recovered. They gave him the strongest recommendations. My experience completely exceeded my expectations. I immediately loved my results from my breast augmentation and tummy tuck. He really listened to my goals and I felt he was genuinely mindful of my safety and well-being. I barely needed any pain medications, and I was back to work in less than 2weeks! I HIGHLY recommend this doctor.? He is a gifted surgeon and my results speak for itself.

Dr. Basu, Monica and Staff. I was at a meeting for weight loss and Dr. Basu was a guest speaker talking about cosmetic surgery after weight loss. I have loss 150 pounds so if any of you have loss alot of weight you will know how bad we look if we are naked ( the skin did go south) I called his office and spoke to Monica. She was wonderful, answering my questions and getting me an appt at a location that meets with my schedule. When I went to the office Monica and the other staff members made you feel like you were so special and not just a patient. Then I got to meet with Dr. Basu.

Standing there naked in front of him and a staff member is not very comfortable. He made me feel so comfortable. I have had breast recontruction, skin removed from my arm, and a tummy tuck. I am so please with my results. I still need to have a full body lift so when the money is there I will be going back. I have refered my sister in law and she had her breast done and she is happy. Dr. Basu and his staff I just can't say enough about them. When you call they are there for you especially MONICA. She is the back bone of Dr. Basu office. She was always there when I had a dumb questions and I would hang up and call back and have more questions she never got mad at me and was always THERE & supported me. If I ask a question that she couldn't help me with she will get the proper person to answer it like the nurse or who ever. When I had surgery and was worry that something was wrong I would call Monica and she would tell me what to do or would get me in to see Dr. Basu. Dr. Basu is a GREAT surgeon and his staff is WONDERFUL.

RUDE STAFF MEMBER MONICA. I had an initial consult and met my patient coordinator/ office manager Monica who talked so much about herself without getting to know more about I wanted. I met with Dr. Basu briefly and thought he was very nice and seemed very skilled. However, because of the office's rude staff member Monica, I will not be choosing Dr. Basu. Monica was very pushy and talked down to me. Because I asked questions & was not comfortable working with her, she told me to go to another surgeon which I will happily do so. It's unfortunate that Dr. Basu may not realize who he has working for him and what type of image they are giving his practice.
