While upholding savory standards with hand-tossed crust and shockingly fresh gourmet toppings, Pink’s has transported pizza into a new realm with their delicate combinations of edgy fruit flavors and stinky cheeses. The staff-recommended (and surprisingly delicious) Santa Monica features cranberries, gorgonzola, prosciutto, eggplant and artichoke and the Luigi rocks apple and Canadian bacon. The gung-ho staff here care about their craft--come in to watch them build your pie or get free delivery if you’re between Washington and Richmond, Shepherd (Westcott farther north) and Bagby.
