Very Accommodating. I have found a perfect store to handle all my mothers needs. They are very helpful and are knowledgeable about the products they carry. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Great to work with. We needed a number of items for my dad when he was released from the hospital and not only did they have everything the nurses asked for, but were able to have it at my dad's house before he even got home! Great to deal with. Very professional and courteous.

We had to return a couple of the items that he didn't end up using and had no issues what so ever.

Will definitely be going there again if we need anything.

Beware! They steal money from little old ladies!!!. Beware of these crooks!!!! They steal money from little old ladies and they don't care!!! My grandmother bought a three wheel walker from these people and I am the one who actually went and purchased it for her using her credit card. Before purchasing, I asked about return policy in case it didn't work out. They told me I had seven days to return it as long as it still looked good. My grandmother found out it was a tipping hazard immediately, never used it, sat in her house for only two days before I could get back to return it. Upon returning it, the crooked guy said that we had a problem bc now it was used and would have to charge a 15% restocking fee!!! I told him the lady told me I had seven days to return and if it still looked good, which it did, we could return it. I even asked if they had a restocking fee and she said as long as it looked good she would get her money back. He said it was on the receipt in very small print and after the fact of purchasing, but it did say under certain conditions. There was nothing wrong with this walker and when I verbally asked them the return policy, she should have told me 15%, but she conveniently left that out of the conversation bc she knew I would not have bought it had that been the case. They have a sign on the counter that says, no returns after seven days, nowhere on that sign does it say anything about a 15% restocking fee. After telling him how crooked he was and that she lives on a fixed income and how dare he steal money from her like that, he did not care and still stole $20 from her credit card. He is from the middle east and they may steal from one another, including elderly people, over in their country, but that is not the way Americans do business with one another over here!
