By far the best yoga studio in Houston!!!. I have had the opportunity to check out Samadhi Yoga and Dance studios last month and since then I have been hooked... I have always enjoyed taking yoga classes but at Samadhi Studios I have had to opportunity to take various other classes from Tango to Salsa, Zumba to Bellydancing. The studio is very conveniently located and they offer classes at various hours during the day making it easy for people to attend. The instructors are extremely nice, supportive, and knowledgeable trying to help students achieve their goals. On top of these it was a delight taking a yoga class from an instructor, Turkan, who has worked with celebrities. You've got to try this place out!!!

Kids Love Kids Zumba. Energetic classes. Instructors are able to keep the kids' attention. Safe and fun environment.

Outstanding outdoor facility! Everybody had a great time when we celebrated our daughter's birthday party in the gazebo. All in one affordable package with a birthday cake, dance classes and the facility.

Excellent Yoga place. Enthusiastic instructors; small size class, and one unique feature: they have a big outdoor pavilion next to the indoor classroom. It is truly a wonderful experience to practice Yoga with beautiful sunset, comfortable breeze and soothing music. Oh, in the late evening session, they will prepare candles and mosquito repellent torches.

Lots of different classes. Small class size, personal attention from teachers who are interested in your progress. All experience ranges, from beginner to advanced. A good place just to work out and not compete.
