Fresh Vietnamese food served in a lovely but minimalist dining room in EaDo, my favs include; the duck salad, Spring rolls & steamed rice paper with ground pork filling.

Don't let the plain, strip center exterior fool you. This BYOB Vietnamese restaurant has a swanky interior and is perfect for any occasion. Normally, I'm not big on tofu but after the spicy chili and lemongrass tofu (#87) I may have to give it another shot. The portions are just right and it is very reasonably priced.

This clean modern Vietnamese restaurant in EaDo generally makes great fare, like their pan fried rice noodles (pho ap chao) and duck salad. BYOB.

Phenomenal!.
We drive from Katy to enjoy the mouth watering treats that come out of this kitchen!
The food is always fresh and delicious. And the service is extremely attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed....It's soooooo yummy! Try the #72, it's my favorite :)
And if you're looking for a pick-me-up, the coffee is amazing!
Don't forget to order some Spring Rolls for an app.....We've had them all and each is amazing!

Hidden Gem!.
Saying this place is AMAZING is an understatement!!! Anything and everything I have ever ordered has been incredible!!!
I try to take as many of my friends as possible here, because it is too good not to go at least once!
The pho is FABULOUSSSS!!!!!!! It is seriously amazing!
Have the pork spring rolls! TO DIE!

AAA. Great broth and noodles in the pho. Tendons and meat in pho super tender. The steamed rice paper with chargrilled pork was amazing as well. The duck salad was good and unique, but not as good as the main courses.

Hiding in a dingy strip center in the slightly menacing Warehouse District, Huynh epitomizes the term “hidden gem.” The interior is simple and modern, the bright colored walls cast in dim light, and nearly everyone brings a bottle of wine, since they’re the lucky ones in the know not only about the BYOB policy but about the restaurant itself. The pho is top-notch, each bowl brimming with meats, noodles and savory broth, and the banh cuon, rice paper stuffed with grilled pork and drizzled with fish sauce, is equally good. The super-friendly staff remembers faces, cultivating a community of happy regulars pleased with their little neighborhood secret.

Fantastic Vietnamese food to be found here. Don't be fooled by the exterior, inside you'll find a clean modern gem.
Their Bun Bo Hue is the best in town! Other solid dishes: Mi Quang, Duck Salad and Phoenix Chicken Rice, but everything on the menu is good!
