Good Gym with Room for Improvement‎

1.) Kids Club - I have had trouble with Kids Club staff contacting me when my child needed me. Sometimes they only announce over the loud speaker and I can never tell what they are saying. They should also post your childs number so you can SEE it but this does not always happen. I have seen them actually come and get someone before but they did not do this when my child was hurt so I do not feel totally secure when my child is there and that makes it hard to work out. However, the staff in Kids Club is very nice. I believe there just needs to be more training of procedures for safety. I have left messages for the manager so I could speak to someone about this but my calls were never returned.
2.) No way to clean equipment before or after use
3.) Online class schedules would be nice. There is a place for it on their website but they do not utilize it.
