Mai. Hi, I'm a client of Mai's at TOC salon and I called in but their phone is disconnected. But I have Mai's phone number and I found out that she is no longer there. So if you are looking for her she can be reached at 713-240-6669. She is great and would recommend her to everybody.

Great experience. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel that Mai does such a wonderful job on my hair that her work should be recognized. First of all, she is very talented at cutting and coloring hair. Even if I don't fix my hair it still looks good...that's when you know you have a good cut. :) Aside from that, the salon iteself is beautiful and comfortable. She's is a delight to chat with and will make your experience there enjoyable. The price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend coming here.

GREAT, GREAT Permenant Makeup. Mai was absolutely fantastic.

I had full lips, eye brows and eye liner done. She did a fabulous job and used a great numbing cream.

I have gotten so many compliments and am happy I did it.

A hidden treasure. I went in TOC wanting to get my eyebrows done. Mai was very kind and made time in her busy schedule for me, even though I was a walk-in. She was very professional and did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Her salon is beautiful and clean. It is hidden gem, and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Great Haircut & Color. I am new in houston. Tried TOC because it was across the street from where I live. I found a rare treasure in Mai. She listened on what I wanted on my haircut. Recommended different cut that really soften my face. Love it. Came back the week after for highlight & wanted to change my usual color. Mai recommended a color that I would never have guessed would work well with my hair. Feeling adventeruous, I followed her advice and I LOVE the color that she chose. During my coloring session, she gave me tips also on softening my make-up application. Will come back for more.

I've Found My New Salon!. I really don't know what SecretShopper01 is commenting on below. Lily also gave me a full set of solar nails. She was very friendly, did an excellent job, and her work area and all tools used were super clean. The entire salon was spotless and very relaxing. I met and talked with the owner as well, who was equally friendly and recommended budget-friendly options over the more costly services offered. I have also been to many spas and salons in Houston and I will keep going back to this one!

Toc is an Awesome Place!. Mai is brilliant! I simply loved what she did for my wedding. Everybody who showed up at my wedding said that I look unrecognizable...which is the greatest goal achieved. I love the way Mai did my make-up and hair!

Go get yourself a pedicure, you know you want to.. I simply love this place. At first I came over because it was right across the street from my apartment, but now, even though I have moved out to Missouri City, I make the trip to get my manicures and pedicures from Lily. She gives the best leg massages ever. I appreciate the attention they pay towards hygiene; they use stainless steel sinks and disinfect their equipment diligently, also making sure you see that the equipment they will be using has just been taken out of the heater. I also adore the ambiance/decor. It is attractive and relaxing, putting me in a good mood. They do quality work there, and the prices are great.

Horrific Experience. The day I went into Toc Salon, I was hopeful of a unique and delightful experience. What I recieved was no less than a horrialble tramatic experience. As I sat down to get solar nails by Lily , I watched in horror as she attempted to use unclean tools. I tried to express my uncertainty of the tools cleanliness and when I did, I was precieved as rude and was certainly treated differently. Besides the outrageous prices (for service that could be obained in a much higher class salon), Toc was a most uncomfortable experience. It was alot of fancy decor with a rude and unprofessional staff. I have been to many spas and salons in Houston and for the price-this was the most unsatisfying experience. When a salon stops short of protocol and than deny ownership for their mistakes it is not one worth spending hard earned money. There are plenty salons and spas in Houston that ARE worth your time and money-but certainly not this spa!!
