Do Not Sign Up for a Monthly Program. Faces 365 provides a great experience - this is not in question.

However, I would caution anyone against signing up for their monthly facials program. Trying to get out of the program is like trying to escape imprisonment. Then, once you have finally been approved for cancellation, they STILL charge you one more time.

If you want to sign up for one facial every now and again, I don't think you would be wasting your money, but the monthly facials program has terms that are far less than desirable.

Not worth the money or time. My experience here was awful. I’m not one to write reviews, but I really was ticked off. First of all when I get to my appointment 10 before the designated time, one of the girls at the front desk tells me she has to reschedule me because I was late. I told her what time I made my appointment. She asked me my last name….I guess she never thought to ask my last name before being rude and telling me I was late. Another lady by the name Lisa was late. That was the first thing that threw me off.

I paid for a 50 minute facial…..the introductory facial. It lasted a whole 30 minutes with the girl talking the WHOLE time. This was the WORST facial I have EVER had. She was a nice girl, but talked way too much. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Another thing that really ticked me off was the girl talk to much and had HORRIBLE dental hygiene. It’s smelled like something died in her mouth. Again, she was sweet, but talks way too much with horrific breath. This was a horrible experience and not worth the money. I tried another place that just blew this place out of the water. I got a deal off of one of those Groupon like websites and it was a pleasant and delightful experience. I have been going to that place ever since. I’m not going to promote that place, but for the record it’s an hour long and you get a mini massage for the same price if you pay in advance. I would never recommend this place. Actually, I’ve told people who wanted to try it; not to waste their money or time. This place makes you feel like they’re herding cattle.

Not Quite Right. I tried the $50 facial today and was open to joining because I liked the concept of a day spa experience at a Vietnamese nail place price. I didn't join. The facialist seemed inexperienced, and I didn't trust her skin care advice. The 50 minute facial was actually 40 minutes. Afterward she brought in a half dozen bottles of Faces 365 product to sell me. Nothing special.

Professional facial spa experience but affordable. I experienced Faces 365 during their opening weekend in December. I then went out and told as many people as I could (and can) because I love this place!

Having received facials and microdermabrasion from other spas, I must say that Faces 365 outperforms those places at half the cost!

I also purchased some of their products. Having used Aveda products for years, I have now completely switched to the Faces 365 line because of the way it makes my skin feel and look.

Not only the best facial, but also the most educated!!. All I have to say is thank goodness for this place. I wasn't sure what to expect for a 49.99 facial, so I was hoping just to be able to relax. But this place is nice. And I left educated about what to do for my SKIN. And more clear on what my issues are and what I need to do at home to help. And it shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The massage was the best, Stacy has great hands. So again thank you to the staff and faces. Can't wait to come back.

Best Face care ever!!!!. I've had facials at several spas around town, but at Faces 365, they really take your skin care seriously! My technician took the time to educate me about my conditions, like sensitive skin, acne etc......OMG!!!! What a difference just one facial made! I can not wait to make my appointmet each month! Thank you!

Incredible Place even for men!. I love this franchise. I don't have to worry about being seen by everybody in the place while getting a facial, teeth whitening, or certainly waxing! The place is besutiful, the service is impeccible, and the prices are incredibly low for the high level of service.

Let others waste their money at the overpriced stuffy places. I'm not to proud to save lots of $$ while getting just as good as if not better then the jacked up price places!

Good option for those looking for a facial -. Faces 360 just opened a few weeks ago and I was one of their first clients. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is relaxing. They offer a a good line of skin products at reasonable prices and I think their services will improve as the staff becomes more experienced. I particularly liked their approach and the fact that they weren't too "selly".

Nice, Relaxing Getaway. I was excited to learn there's a place I can go to relax once per month and not have to spend a fortune. -- Though I've only been one time, so far, the experience was as great as going to an expensive spa.

I look forward to my next visit.
