Terrible Management. I stayed here once, and the manager Sarah Hamilton called me at 8:00pm and left a message, not saying why or whom she was with, just 'This is Sarah Hamilton' I thought she said Aaron Hamilton; it sounded like a man. When I returned the call at 10:30 am the next moring, I was rudely treated, cursed at, and hung up on by this Sarah/Aaron creature on what I later learned was her/his personal cell. When calling the hotel and reservations dept to locate a complaint number, I was told there is none and that 'Sarah' is the highest level of authority they answer to and that no one would help me contact anyone. I do not even know why the b*tch called, she told me "I'm sure it was a misdial" right before she hung up. She stated my name on the voicemail, so it was obviously not a misdial. How can there be no HR dept, no complaint hotline, no one above this frigid woman to contact and complain? I will be contacting the BttrBusBur
