Human Poop!. So a woman had an accident and defecated through out the entire salon. They didn't clean it up for over 10 min while I was in there. I refused to pay full price, the owner threatened to call the cops! Everyone had to flee because the place was covered and the smell was disgusting. I can't believe they actually made me pay after that horrific experience. I will never go there and if you do know that you're getting nails in a place run by crooks & slobs!

My go to place in the Heights. This has become my go to place in the heights. All of the employees there are nice. They don't talk back and forth to eachother so it's quiet and relaxing.

Usually there is light music playing and there are several flat screens located in the salon, but they normally have closed caption on. They also have tons of magazines for you to look at.

The pedi massages have been great and the employees wear gloves and the salon is clean. The prices are good and I have never had a problem getting in on the same day. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to get the pedicure chair ready.

I used them for my wedding. The bridesmaids as well as myself were very pleased with the outcome. They rock at french manicures and I got solar nails with a pearl look and they were gorgeous and grew out beautifully.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NAILS. I came in for a manicure and pedicure around 6pm (they close at 7 on weekdays). I asked how long the wait was because there were clearly a lot of people there and they said 5 minutes. 45 minutes later they started my pedicure and then did my manicure. It was around 8:30pm when I was finished. I got a spa pedicure which took VERY long....and for my "manicure" I just got my finger nails clipped, cuticles done, and my nails painted yet they still charged me for a full manicure. I refused the hand massage because I just wanted to get out of there. They are very friendly people, but if you want a good manicure/pedicure DON'T GO HERE. My nail polish was VERY uneven and not smooth at all. I left with small specks of bubbles that had dried onto my nails (I think their nail polish is very old). My nail polish started chipping and fading after 1 day! Isn't a mani/pedi suppose to last about a week? They were mopping the floors as I was leaving and there was another girl that was still there. My manicure/pedicure was $34, and i refused to tip. These people are severly understaffed.
