Damaged my roof when installing roof vents!

We ad insulation added to our attic plus 2 solar roof vents. The vents were install very poorly. They were nailed right on top of the shingle and lots of tar to patch. I have water leaks around both vents. I was told he would come back to add more tar!!

I had an experience contractor look at it an told me they need to be remove and re-install correctly.
