Great First Time Buyer Experience

I was a first time buyer, new to the Houston area, with very little knowledge about the home buying process. Added the that, I needed to find a place pretty quickly. Richard was fantastic! He always made time for me, took me to see as many places as I wanted to see, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the fact that he gave me his honest opinion about a particular street or area or the quality and value of each home I was considering. He also helped me see the potential in places I had written off too quickly. When offers did not work out, he remained positive and kept my spirits high! I did find my perfect place (one I had written off earlier!) within the time frame I had. Richard was there for me through inspection and closing and promised to be there for me even after the deal was signed. True to his word, he has checked in with me a few times since I moved in.

If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, calm, patient, and gets the job done, Richard is the realtor for you.

Great Experience

I am a mortgage lender and have worked with Richard over the years with different clients and one thing I can say about Richard is that he always goes out of his way to satisfy his clients needs and help ensure a smooth transaction. It is always a pleasure working with him.

Representing ME - not his commission

Richard has helped me through three real estate transactions so far and he handled all of them skillfully and with poise. Several of the rather few people whom I consider true friends are very successful and talented real estate agents in Houston. As such, choosing an agent to represent me is not an easy matter. When it gets down to it, the person with whom I feel the most comfortable discussing my financial situation, my specific desires and situation, and also the person whom I think will work for me the best, and not just try to get me to buy a house so that he'll get a commission...is Richard. That's why as I begin considering my move back to Houston after two years in Chicago, I have begun working with Richard looking at properties. Actually - there you have the perfect example: I'm not looking to buy for months and months out - yet Richard is showing me around at properties every time I'm in Houston to get me familiar with the neighborhoods - and make sure my purchase is right when I do buy.
