Best Customer Service

I'd originally purchased hair during their Valentine's Day Sale and the hair was beautiful; however, when I got it home I realized the color was too golden (for my blonde hair color) and that I really needed 18 inches instead of 14 inches. I called the store the next day and was told to come in and they'd help me pick out different hair. My hair is a mix of different shades of blonde, silky soft, and fine-not an easy combination. The staff bent over backwards to help me find the hair that was the right color and texture. They spent over an hour helping me. The owner took the time to pull several bundles of hair and mix colors to ensure a perfect match for color and texture. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about their product and their customer service. I just want them to know how much I truly appreciate their patience and help.

Great Store!!!! and Love my CLip ins

So days before my wedding , I had the worst experiences with a hairdresser which name I won't mention, got the worst haircut.... well thank God for this places honestly Mari Ari help me out so much finding the perfect color they even help me out with ideas for updos. I was very please with their customer services, the hair quality is amazing I wear my clip ins almost daily now.

Not worth it..

The reviews for this place are great because there's not much else here to compare it to. I bought hair from Mari Ari a month or so ago. For the over $200.00, I paid for it, I am unimpressed (and more than a little pissed off). It's not the expense - I'm from New York and I've been used to paying top dollar for hair. However, I probably should have known better than to shell out anything after seeing all the hair was sold in bags. In New York, when I paid over $200.00, I was able to choose the color and the texture I wanted, then have a technician match it to my own hair, before it was then sewn onto a weft (thin or thick, my choice) while I waited Further, I overheard the salesperson say "I can sleep on it and it doesn't even tangle", when my stylist asked about the hair she wore (of course it was from one of their most expensive lines). For the record, if the hair you're purchasing for $200 is sourced correctly, it shouldn't mat up for any reason! This stuff on my head is terrible! I'm constantly pulling at it! This morning, I unwrapped my hair and its still sticking straight up! I would've been better off with two bags of $20.00 hair from the beauty supply store in the hood! I MEAN IT SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! If this is the best hair Houston has to offer, I'm definitely going to stock up when I visit New York in a couple of weeks.

Houston's Best Extensions

I had a wonderful experience at this hair shop. The quality of the products is phenomenal. I purchased some weaving extensions as well as a set of clip in extensions. The sales person was amazing! (Very knowledgable and helpful). I will definitely come back., I'm absolutely in love! <3

WOW! I have never known a hair extension store to have such amazing sales as Mari Ari does. I love the text message and email alerts i get to inform me of the latest discounts in the store. 1 day sale is the sale you definetly dont want to miss. Still amazed!!
