Run! Don't Walk Away from this Terrible Company!. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. This company is terrible. They installed two 50" LED t.v.'s that both fell and crashed! When the first t.v. fell I called the owner and he seemed very apologetic. He assured me that he was insured and that he would repair the sheetrock damage and replace the t.v. Weeks went by and he kept giving one excuse after another. Then, the second to t.v. fell. I had an independant contractor come in who told me that they never actually found the studs in one of my walls and that the other t.v. fell because it was too heavy for the mount that they used.

Installing Flats never repaired my damaged walls nor did they replace the t.v.s.

I used this company because they seemed to be very nice and reasonable priced, but now I'm out over $5,000 in damages. I have pictures of the t.v.s and damage to my walls. Oh how I wish there was a way to upload them so you could see for yourself. Stay away from this company. Please use a company that is licensed, bonded and well rated by the BBB. You get what you pay for!

By the way, I totally believe that the glowing reviews are being written by the owners of Installing Flats. What a scam!

They have a customer for life!. I only have one flat screen and I've waited over a year to get it mounted. If I knew the prices were this affordable I would have mounted long ago.

Installing Flats is simply a great company. They are organized and affordable. They have great pricing on the wall brackets and cables too!

Great Guys!!!. I couldn't find the number to the last company that installed my televisions. A friend recommended Installing Flats. Simply pleasing! These guys were great. I have their number on my frig for future needs!

Ready to Work. The two installers (Christopher and Carl) came to my home punctual and ready to work. They both had pleasing personalities which made the installing experience GREAT! They showed me and my family that professionalism and quality service is what this company produces. Not only do I love their work but I am pleased with their prices compared to other installing companies and electronic stores. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may be in need of excellent installing services.

What a Difference!!!!. In the age of online stores and computer recordings, customer service is a thing of the past. Installing Flats revitalizes and epitomizes service to the customer. As the owner of services company, I appreciated the dedication and professionalism I received with both the technician and the support staff. Not only were the installations done with deftness, but the ability to create a true wireless look were impressive. It is indeed a custom look. Since this is my first encounter with Installing Flats, I'm not certain if their exceptional handling of my account is business as usual or if all involved went above and beyond. In any event, I could not be more pleased. I insist on honesty, ability and communication with my staff; and this company certainly delivered all of the aforementioned. Kudos. Uncommon value at a fair price. I'll take it everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. Keep up the good work guys.

Great Prices. This is my second review I am writing about this company. They have a $99 Installation prices that was hard to believe, but I gave it try and I am very pleased.

The pricing is great and the service is very professional. They take the time to explain your installation to you and make a specific point to explain the do's and don'ts of having your television mounted.

Great job guys!

Professional Service and Honest.. I needed my flat screen installed above my fireplace. These guys sent a technician out to to do an estimate. He immediately saw it and said they do these all the time. I was happy because I called a few other places (honestly just a few guys I found on Craigslist), and they wanted nothing to do with a brick fireplace installation.

I am very happy with my installation and the detailed explanation I received. I would use them again if I could afford another flat screen.

Professional Installers!. I was little apprehensive when I read the review on this site, but their Yahoo reviews convinced me to move forward. Before I scheduled my installation, I asked them to explain the previous reviewers complaint. Not only were they very honest, I learned the dos and don'ts of mounting your TV.

I also own a business, and I could have chosen to write a review on Yahoo, but I was so impressed with these guys that I didn't want the previous review to hurt their business. The guys came out, asked me what I wanted, and mounted my TV exactly to my specifications. They even cleaned up the mess! I couldn't be happier with the look and the service.

RUN from this INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!. This company is completely incompetent & customer service is nonexistent. Our plasma FELL OFF THE WALL and SMASHED, also damaging our wall, flooring & entertainment center. It fell on the spot our daughter lay to watch and WOULD HAVE CRUSHED THEM. After chasing down an employee, I was assured all would be eplaced/repaired. I was also informed CHRIS THE MANAGER that THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THE HANGER THEY SELL TO YOU IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TOP HOLD A LARGE PLASMA. Scheduled service person never showed up. I have left over 6 messages & no one will return or even pick up a call. We are preparing to pursue this through legal venues, as this company has left us with no other choice.
