Grossly incompetent management. We tried Trey's Sportsbar in Houston to go eat crawfish.

We tried to go in a few weeks ago and the service was horrible (obviously due to incompetent new ownership). After 20 minutes we walked out as the manager promised it would be better next time.

We took a group in and ordered crawfish this afternoon, and after 20 minutes no food, no waitress, abhorrent management & ownership. We even saw one waitress clock out while many tables were going unserved.

The soft drinks are generic/offbrand and are painful to taste. They are the only crawfish location in Houston without cocktail sauce for the crawfish (an absolute necessity).

They will not be in business much longer and it is difficult to imagine a restaurant so poorly run.

bleach blonde is terrible. The waitress Jana is one of the worst waitress's i have ever had the displeasure of being served by!! she had to be flagged down just to place an order for drinks and then again for food, it was almost as though we werent sitting there and it wasnt even busy. she needs to be fired!

A Bunch of thieve's!!!!. My experience with Trey's came last October, When myself and three co-workers from A&E The Graphics Complex stopped in to have a few beers and food. To start off with the service was slow it was on a thursday about 6 p.m. and they had 4 waitresses on hand and 2 tables with people ours and another table of eight as the waitresses hovered around the bigger party of people we had to wait 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge us and another five minutes for them to take our order. Well after six pitchers of beer 1 mixed drink and 1 hamburger and order of fries it was happy hour the pitchers were six dollars each untill 9 p.m. (we left at nine) the mixed drink was around 5.00 dollars and the hamburger combo was about 8.00 dollars. Everything added up to 49.00 dollars and was going alright untill the waitresse balked at the ten dollar tip that I was trying leave, she said it was'nt enough. For arguments sake I went ahead and left her a 20.00 dollar tip so that should have added up to 69.00 dollars not thinking about it I just signed the debit card transaction, and thought to myself "I won't be back to this place again, 20.00 dollars? I did'nt even get a table dance". Well anyway you would think my experience with Trey's was over with untill I checked my bank account the next day these people charged me 132.81 on my debit card for a 69.00 dollar "bill" these people charged me nearly double. I tried for nearly a month in getting an answer from the management team finally the assistant manager talked to me on the phone I had asked him for an itemized bill on what was I being billed for he said they do not keep those type of records. He said he would credit the difference in drinks and food but then the owner got involved and refused to rectify or explain anything to me.He did'nt even have the decency in talking to me on the phone nor in person he basically hid behind his assistant manager. The only reason they got 1 star from me... the beer was cold, I hope this helps....

Best Service in town!. First time to Trey's and I was overly impressed with our waitress! She was obsessive about cleaning our ashtray and table and I never had to ask for anything. Always smiling and a genuine personality made us want to come back for sure. The food was surprisingly good (steak night...what a deal!) and I hear they have the best crawfish in town, so I can't wait to try them. I will definitely be back and recommend Trey's to all. It's a great place to just relax and hang out with your friends.

Laid-back good time. Good bar food, cute waitresses, what's not to like? Negative poster obviously wanted more than just food and drinks. Learn to spell and keep your finger off the caps lock and you might have a chance dude. Seriously tho, GLUT-ANT? Moron.

Great atmosphere! Fun! Fabulous desserts! Family friendly!. The atmosphere at Trey's is always upbeat and friendly. I love the fresh-baked desserts so much that one afternoon I bought everything they had! I took those delightful delectables to my office and instantly became the most popular girl around! The nachos and chicken wings are my favorite! Their new menu is great! Can't wait for crawfish season though! Keep up the good work. I'll be back- next time I'll bring the office party with me!

Best Crawfish In Town. This is an awesome sports bar! The food is excellent and the bartenders are HOT! I have tried everything...mouth watering juicey burgers, finger licking cheese nachos, huge boudan treats with gravy, big spicey mouth tingling crawfish( the best in houston), crispy fresh salads, and so much more! I heard soon they will be serving blue crab! Yummy! You can sit inside or outside and the big screens are everywhere! I love this place and so will YOU!
