“Best service, best drinks, best pool tables, best value!”
“They had a cajun band and yummy crawfish.”
“The drinks (especially them damn margaritas-I renamed them;) are awesome, the food is too good (and I have had just about everything on the menu), and the people there are friendly and there to just have a good time.”
“The name "tavern" implies you may not want to bring kids here, but everyone there had kids and it's a very nice, fun place.”
“We'll definitely be back and I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes our favourite watering hole in Pearland.”
“Best service, best drinks, best pool tables, best value!”
“On the up side they have this drink that cost 8 bucks that is called a beerita that is half beer and have magarita it is pretty good.”
“then mins later another guy came the young one(other manager)Carl or something he had an accent , he gave us more attention and was able to help us , we asked him if he was the manager he said he was a new manager there and will try to improve costumer se”
This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. I sat down and wasn't acknowledged for 20 minutes. When the waiter finally did come he took my drink order and didn't return with my drink for another 15-20 minutes. After that everything went downhill because in the entire 4 hour period I was there he had visited my table a total of 3 times. There was a time when I was going to the bathroom to wash my hands and I saw him at the host stand. I asked the guy why he was rarely visiting our table. He said that it was his first day of training and there was no one helping him out with anything. Although I sympathized with him there's no reason for a restaurant t allow its patrons to be ill-attended. I requested to speak to the manager regarding the issue and immediately he requested to have security present while we were speaking as if I had threatened his life. Again, I do not suggest that anyone eat that this facility. Besides the entire place being dirty, there's no sense of urgency among the wait staff, and the management team is incompetent and extremely rude. Beware.
What happened to this place?. This place use to be a cool laid back spot with hot waitresses everywhere! Me and my buddies use to attend this bar at least 3 times a week after work. They had the best specials and it was always a Cheers like atmosphere , everyone knew everyone. It all started going downhill when it appeared they wanted to make it all corporate! First the stupid electronic dart boards, then the RUDE white manager Mike came and destroyed the ambiance then all the best staff left! Where are Nicole and Julie at? Those girls were awesome & fixtures, if they were there you knew service was going to be the bomb!Julie was fast with the drinks and Nicole was the personality Now it’s a sausage fest behind the bar. They look understaffed and now I do not recognize any staff or patrons and when I do people say they barely come anymore due to it not being the same. The crawfish use to be awesome too, now it’s fishy and overcooked. 2 years ago I would have said this is the best bar in Houston, now it’s full of dudes and people missing teeth. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT! BRING BACK THE SPECIALS, GET A BETTER COOK AND BRING BACK THE OLD BARSTAFF OR TRAIN YOUR BAR STAFF BETTER
FUN FUN FUN. Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Fun Place. This is a good place to hang out, have lunch, and catch up with old friends. Will recomend this place to anyone.
Thieves. I quit going into this place, the bartender intentionally did not give me the correct change. I didn't notice, but the people sitting next to me caught it. I asked for the correct change and the bartender knew she was caught. I will never go back... Center Court is better anyway.
badddd service. I have gone to this bar 4 times and the sevice was terrible 3 times, they are under staffed. The crawfish are very spicy and BIG...The beer is cheap, however the margaritas (premix) is soooo sweet terrible. They do not know how to make good drinks. On the up side they have this drink that cost 8 bucks that is called a beerita that is half beer and have magarita it is pretty good. They do have lots of TV's and the crowd is kool and friendly. The managers are talkative and they try to please you!
fat and rude thug manager and bad service with a bit of serv. food is great! quality, price and temp but dear lord!! they have a couple of managers there well i think they are manager a young manager hispanic spikey hair and thug fat manager (sorry but true) my service wasnt the best i asked for a manager when he arrived my first impression was " are you kidding me" was he about to pull up a gun? shorts?? hat to the side??? tatts showing all over?? anyways... this person doesnt know us and we dont know him yet his attitude was rude!.. maybe cause we were hispanic or something not sure but his name was martin or something with an "m" but he was soo rude towards us , he left mad! then mins later another guy came the young one(other manager)Carl or something he had an accent , he gave us more attention and was able to help us , we asked him if he was the manager he said he was a new manager there and will try to improve costumer service , and that the other manager (thug) was the GM ( i was in shock at this )i really hope they improve service the food is great , he brought us bev-naps and straws and the stuff we needed without any kind of attitude , just so you know we got nothing comp or we asked to get something comp.. just wanted to express my opinion hopefully this is helpful for someone else
Wild Geese Tavern. They have overcharged me a few times. I won't be going there anymore. 1 nice bartender, the rest are pretty inattentive. The drinks are overpriced. Had the wings and they weren't very good. Thumbs down for Wild Geese
Terrible Service.
My friends and I went there twice in the last month. The service was slow the first time, but we gave it another chance because we thought our waitress could have just been having a bad night. Plus, the food is good and the atmosphere is pretty fun.
It turns out we were wrong. On both visits, the hostesses didn't greet us and looked confused when we asked for a table in the restaurant area. (There are no signs directing you to seat yourself or wait, so we did the polite thing and waited.)
On our last visit, the waitress never came to our table; we waited a full THIRTY minutes before going to the bar and asking for menus. A friend then had to go get the waitress to tell her we were ready to order; when she finally made it to our table, she acted as if we were putting her out. During this time, other servers would come to our table and ask if we had been served, then take our drink orders; all of them said they'd find our server for us.
All in all, we still had fun. However, the service was lacking so much on both occasions that we won't be going back.
Stay away from Horseface. How much timan money do you have? Stayb away from the waitress they call horseface. She will beg you to pay someone elses tab and then she will run their credit card number after giving u a sad story about her day care and she won't be able to pay daycare....Not too sure ioo sure of. Her name but don't she will charge your cc twice. Because she needs to pay her babusitter
A cool bar that happens to sell GREAT food.... My buddy told me to meet him at this pool place he likes out in pearland... BOY was he wrong... I got there around 7pm and it was full of live music, people dancing and crawfish... Our server (whom was really hot) Assured me that they had the best crawfish around, and she was darn close... the drinks were at a great price and the Zydeco band kept everyone moving... GREAT PLACE...
