I had recently perchased a 2013 Lexus ES, a few weeks later I was involved in an accident. I called Lexus first but they told me it would take at least three weeks to fix due to my car being so new. My son took my car to Exro Auto Collision Center and they fixed my car in five days with original Lexus parts, which Lexustold me they "couldn't get for another two weeks" and they dilivered my car to my office when it was finished. They also upgraded me on my rental, I have never in my life had better customer service at a car repair shop. I really recomend Expro to anyone who seeks car repair work done with amazing customer care and services. Thank you so much Exrpro Auto Collision Center!!!

Had my first experience with Expro a few weeks ago, decided to take both my Infiniti FX 35 & my wife's Lexus RX 300.

Sal was our main contact and everything was handled in a very expedited & professional manner. We spent over $2K on multiple service needs, some major others minor. The service was great and the cars have been running well with no issues. Sal was very focused on going the extra mile for us in many ways and made sure we were happy and satisfied throughout the process. All the work was completed in a timely manner and with no residual issues.

I would recommend Expro to anyone and would highly suggest you find Sal when you go...

About three weeks ago I was involved in a collision that left my car unable to be driven. I was in Houston for the weekend, but I live in Austin. Luckily my car was covered under the manufacturer's warranty which included free towing. Upon arrival the tow truck driver recommended Expro Auto Collision and stated that I would be able to get a rental immediately. Since I had other business in Houston that required a vehicle, I decided to go with the recommendation.

Upon arrival I was introduced to Sal, one of the managers, who assured me that I could in fact drive off in a rental later that day. Sal was very helpful and understanding of the situation as I was a bit panicked and scatterbrained at the moment. My last car accident was over 6 years ago and it was a horrifying accident that resulted in three cars being totaled out. Consequently I was definitely shell-shocked. Sal was extremely helpful in walking me through the claim process with my insurance company and I did in fact drive off in a rental.

I had to return to Austin because I am a graduate student there, and throughout the entire process, Sal kept me updated on the status of my car. I was able to pick it up yesterday and it looks brand new. I drive a manual Mustang that has unique over the top stripes that are a dealer exclusive. My car had been previously dinged in a hit and run incident in a parking lot so there was surface damage on my rear bumper. They were able to fix this as well as an extremely reasonable cost compared to the estimates I had received from other shops. The also maintained the integrity of my stripes which extend to the lower rear bumper. In addition Mustangs have custom cores for their tires and my car had distinctive rims as well. Everything was replaced to look completely new and my car is as gorgeous as it was when I bought it.

Overall I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I appreciated how the shop handled everything with the insurance company. I was even picked up from the bus stop by someone from the shop which is definitely above and beyond regular service. Throughout the entire process Sal kept me updated and even dealt with spam calling from my mom. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. My car was freshly washed when I picked it up which is something NONE of the Ford Dealerships in the Houston area have done for me regardless of how long they've kept my car. Definitely the best experience I could have hoped for given the circumstances!

My recent experience with Expro has been EXCELLENT!! When my 2007 Lexus IS250 was hit, their tow truck service was first on the scene and told me I had nothing to worry about and that everything was going to be ok, I didn’t know at the time they were telling me the TRUTH! Mike and his staff are the true definition of outstanding customer service! Geovanny explained (in detail) the extent of the damage done to my car and how the collision specialist would repair it. Expro has been a complete one-stop-shop....collision repair and car rental. Not only did my car look amazing when all of the work was complete but it was also ready in a timely manner. Honestly speaking, if you’re looking for a collision center with great, knowledgeable employees to take care of you and your vehicle, Expro Auto Collision & Repair Center is the best choice!

A few weeks ago I was involved in an accident with a drunk driver.. Worst experience of my life, however the kind and professional employees of Expro Auto Collision made me feel better. There promptness and knowledge about this process made it smooth and simple for me. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks like new again..!!! Thanks to everyone involved and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good, honest and professional repair facility.

My experience with Expro Auto Collision has been horrible. Beware of what you sign. I thought I was signing a release for my insurance company to pick up my car. As it turns out, once you sign this document, the shop can charge $35.00 per day storage, $250.00 administration fee and $500.00 tear down fee. I was told by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation that the insurance company can pick up a car by using a VSF form without the owner's signature. Don't fall for their greedy trap, call your agent or insurance company for guidance.

Expro did a fantastic job! Mike and team took care of my car quickly, and made sure that it looked good as new. My car was ready on the date promised, it looked fantastic and they kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I LOVE EXPRO! Expro is a fantastic place for any type of auto repair! They really work with you and work hard to save you money. They searched high and low for a part I needed and found it refurbished so I could save over $200. Mo is absolutely wonderful and is always so easy to work with. Anytime I have ANY issues with my car, I call Mo at Expro and I know I will be taken care of. Anyone here that says they aren't a good business or they were treated unfairly were obviously with a competitive business or working with people that I haven't worked with. So if you're wary at all, go to Mo and just know you will be taken care of. They have a great rental car place next door if you're in an accident and they can tow your car, give you an estimate, get you a rental and you can be in and out of there within an hour. AMAZING customer service, I HIGHLY recommend them!

This company towed my vehicle after an auto accident and then would not release it to my insurance company. Originally I requested the vehicle to be towed to my office to be stored and the tow truck driver told me it had to be towed to their storage facility. I have had HORRIBLE customer service with them thus far. I just received a call from my insurance company stating they were receiving the same treatment from Expro. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Expro told my insurance company to send their release for my vehicle and to have me call and release the vehicle over the phone. When I called I was told I had to come in person to release the car. I explained to them I was working today and their shop is 45 minutes away from my office could they please fax it and I would send it back. I was told the only way to have it released was IN PERSON- this is AFTER they told my insurance company I could simply do it over the phone!!!! I drove over, signed the papers. About 30 minutes later I receive a phone call from my insurance company stating they just got off the phone and Expro told them we had not signed the papers yet! They are attempting to rack up more money by keeping the vehicle over the weekend. Fine by me but they will be speaking with the BBB once this is over with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
