Excellent service from start to finish!. Giovanni assured us our truck would be like new again and we would have something to drive no matter what-and he wasn't kidding! When our rental ran out on the insurance, he made sure we had a loaner at no charge. We worried that our truck was beyond repair. we thought it would at least be evident that it had been through somekind of wreck but Moe assured me that his people know how to handle every detail from dealing with a difficult insurane company to fantastic body work on the truck. Anytime I felt a concern, Moe's response was "take a look", "let me show you why", "here are some current photos" etc... Very patient and always willing to take time for your needs. I am a nosey customer but everyone at Expro made me feel like the only customer they had though they were dealing with a workload that could overwhelm the best multitasker!…

Never would go back there!. When I first arrived I thought Geovanny was going to take care of me. He seemed very nice and provided great customer service. However, after over a month later I had finally gotten my car returned. I was promised earlier and didnt get that promise. I was also told to meet there twice and both times no one knew that I was supposed to be there. I thought at least have the decency to call me and cancel our meeting. One of my locks was broken from my car, and I was not even informed about it. I did not notice until I got home about my lock the same day I picked it up. The lock they replaced it with does not even match the rest of them. I was completley unhappy with their service. I did not even want to return to bring up my borken lock issue because I just never want to deal with them again.

The work on the car did come out well, and they did have the decency to clean the inside of my car. The broken lock should not have been a secret and they should have brought it up if they were the one who broke it.…
