Liz did not finish our pool also. She
stopped taking our calls as soon as we gave her the last check. It's been over a year now since we started dealing with her and we're still trying to get the last bits of the pool finished.
She seems like a nice enough lady but I wish we'd never met her.
I will use someone else next time.

After a number of interviews with pool builder my husband and I finally decided on Cross Pools! We could not be more amazed. She made the experience effortless and even fun at times. She was very patient with us and the plaster, tile and coping selections that had to be made. If we were not sure about a selection she took us to see other pools that she had built to give us a better visual on what we would be choosing. This is an awesome pool builder! The final outcome is a beautiful pool that we can share with our family and friends. This was a wonderful experience I would recommend to any one looking for a great pool!!!!

Just finished up with our pool last
month. We had a wonderful experience with Cross Pools. Liz was great with helping us with our selections and the whole building process. From start to finish we had our pool in three and half weeks. Thanks again Liz! We couldn't be more happy!

Highly recommended Cross Custom Pools. Liz built our pool from start to finish in 25 days. It is beautiful . We have not had one issue. Knows what she is doing. AWESOME

P W....just because you didnt pay your bill and you are upset because you vacationed too much and dont have the money....you should post lies about Elizabeth. Even though you are my neighbor and I referred her to you, I cannot stand by and watch you lie. Actually, she should have run from you and that Landscaper who is an IDIOT and Crook beyond belief....she still took you on as a client after I warned her!!!! I mean come on....admit when you are wrong and pay your bill!!! You have an amazing pool remodel and just do the right thing and pay for it....thats why your angry!!! Its those of you who "think" you have money but really dont, that ruin it for the good contractors and the rest of us homeowners who pay for what we get!!!! Grow up!!!!

She started the pool with gusto and quickly left us hanging. Rarely showed up to the job site, never called when should said she would. Had someone else complete the job. Full of lies.....and address on website and business card is to a vacant bank owned home...wish I knew all this before. Run when you hear Cross Custom Pools.

LOVE HER!!!
We were given this company's name from a friend. Liz came out to our home to gives us a bid. Once we decided we were going with Cross Pools and began scheduling our construction things could not have gone any smoother. Liz was always there to answer any questions we had and to keep us updated. Not only was she extremely helpful but she also was very time efficient. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND CROSS CUSTOM POOLS.

be aware of the crook. Be careful using this lady. she was very good at constructing the pool but when it comes to completion she is terrible. She never called and got the fianl from the city of houston. After a number of excuses of why she had not been out to finsh all of the un completed items she decided not to return our phone calls. She never had the heater turned on, the Polaris was never started. we had to hire another pool contractor to complete the start up.

Best Pool Builder in Cypress. Literally, the best pool builders in Cypress, maybe the City of Houston! Unbelievable attention to detail, great trades, and our pool was finished in 12 days... Elizabeth does not take on more than she can handle which I thought was refreshing because she wants to ensure her clients receive the best customer service... and we did without a doubt! Talked to several builders, she was not the least expensive but she listened to what we wanted, shared her experience with us but allowed us to decide what worked best for our family. The other builders said, it was there way or no way, which I did not like since I was spending my money in my backyard.... We love our pool, the design, functionality and most of all, our pool builder! Call Elizabeth Hughes - 713.382.7881, we are so glad we did and have already referred her to our friends and neighbors.
