Not the best service. I went to this salon for a few months, and at first I was pleased. But, for the past couple of months I feel like I haven't been getting the type of service that is worth what I have been paying. One day I went to get a shampoo, style, and cut and when she was finished it looked worse then when I came in! I will give her credit for the cut, but she did not style it properly at all! It looked dry and she just rushed through it because she had other customers!! I could do my hair better than what she did! I paid $70 for that service, when I should have just paid for a shampoo and cut! I WAS NOT HAPPY. I suggest that if she wants to keep her customers, that she should give the BEST QUALITY service at ALL TIMES to EVERY CUSTOMER! And she be more organized when it comes to scheduling so that customers are not waiting for long periods of time. (I DID NOT get a relaxer, but it took about 4 hours!) I will not be going back to this salon.
