Not happy

I was expecting a much better service than provided. First, they showed up 30 minutes late. I had to call to see if they were still coming. I had signed up through living social to have 3 rooms cleaned for $45. I asked if they could do 2 rooms instead and give the rooms extra attention. They said yes.

They started with the bathroom and finished in 30 minutes. No EXTRA attention was given at all. The water stains remain on the granite...they did not even try to remove them. Some stains remain in the tub. I have removed them before with CLR so know that is possible. I think they did everything very quicly with no attention to detail. Maybe it was because I was using a coupon or maybe because they were late and had to be on time for there next appt.

They arrived late and were done in 50 minutes.

They mopped the kitchen floor but some of the stains (that are easily removable) are still there. I think they spent about 15 minutes on the kitchen.

Oh well, glad I had a coupon. Willl not use them again.

Dependable, Excellent and Trustworthy

Have them come once a week to clean the entire house, and I love coming home after they are finished. They do EVERYTHING. Broom, mop, scrub, dust, vacuum (couches too and arrange the decor pillows very nicely), make beds, clean toilets-sinks-tubs...and my personal favorite....load all my dishes into the washer. They even hand wash my wine glasses. BEST-they use all their own products AND take out the trash!!!!!!!!!

Whether I am at home or not, I have never had a problem at all with anything missing or being broken, I feel completely fine having them in my house without me there. They are so friendly and do a great job. Lisa sends me texts to remind me of appointments. PRICE!!!! It is one completely affordable price and it is a flat rate (as in, they dont charge you $300 if it takes longer sometimes like Merry Maids did to me). I will be keeping this company's service when we move into our new house!

We have used Perfection Cleaning since we moved out of our rental and into our new home. We needed a move-out service that included a washer/dryer and refrigerator and everything had to be perfect to get our deposit back. When they were done the appliances looked as if they had never been used and we got our deposit back with ease. We have continued to use the service on a regular basis for the past year and even though I'm a difficult customer because of my work/sleep schedule and I'm unable to give Lisa a set schedule, she always works with me and we are very pleased with the speed and quality of work. Her employees are polite, hardworking and trustworthy.

I have used Perfection Clening Sevice for awhile and I am very satisfied with their service. Lisa Young always returns my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. The same crew always come to my house and I don't mind leaving them at my home unsupervised. My daughter also uses them and she is satisfied.

Great Service!

My house is cleaned every week and I have never had any problems over the past 3 years. Lisa has always been flexible with me if I need to change a day or time and passes along specific requests I may have of the maids.
