Difficult to use gift certificate

I was gifted with a GC Christmas 2008 but married and moved during 2009 and recently located the GC. The GC was for a Deep Cleansing facial at their price of $100. I verified that it is still usable and could be applied to something else (as it is within a one-year time period and No expiration date on the GC). The polite receptionist confered repeatedly with the Director re: my questions ... The final result is that the DCF is now $175 and there are no other services for only $100 - and - that it can't be used toward products. In a tighter economy across all income levels, is gleaning every $100 without providing service (unless we want to pay almost the face value of a GC on top of it) the easiest way to make money?

BEST BOTOX IN TOWN!!!!!!

Great results from Botox!!!!! I don't know how many times I have paid for botox for it to barely work. Not the case at Utopia, it works great and you will get results, they don't water down their botox like alot of places do and I would know, I have been getting botox for years. So happy I found a great place where you get results! Cassie is awesome, no pain!!!!!!

The entire staff is professional and accomodating. Cassie has excellent skills, is a nurse, and treats her clients like they are her special friend. No pain...just great results.
