Excellent Massage for Muscle Tension. Hands in Harmony has done wonders for my neck and back issues. I have severe upper neck and lower back tension from sitting all day. James' knowledge of muscle structure and how to work the muscles to release my tension has literally worked miracles-more than chiropracters and acupuncture combined.

The relaxing atmosphere combined with his friendly nature and willingness to answer any questions is a comforting.

Streching techniques are also a service unique to his massages.

I highly recommend James and Hands in Harmony for anyone looking to relieve muscle tension anywhere on their body.

Fantastic massage in the Heights area for all aches and pains. Great massage! Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. I sit at a desk hunched over a computer all day, so have lots of tension in my neck, shoulders and back. James always knows the areas that need help, even before I can point them out. The flexibility in my neck at the end of a session is amazing. I also suffer from bursitis occasionally, and always get relief from the aching and discomfort. His knowledge of muscle structure and appropriate thereapies is amazing. I highly recommend Hands in Harmony for anyone with major issues from tension, stress or injuries.
