“It makes a great seafood meal to share with the family at home, when you are tired and don't want to cook or go out to eat.”
“This is a great place to call in an order of seafood for pick-up.”
I used to love to get their crab legs till one day i ordered dinner to go and i got half way through my food and picked up one of the crab legs and underneath it was a fried daddy long leg and when i reported it to the manager they said it's seafood they can't get it completely clean. The owner said that this has never happened before and he was very difficult to get a hold of. obviously this has happened multiple times. guess they serven all kinds of fried bugs
DISGUSTING! and they were rude about it!.
Ordered and picked up lunch there today, my coworker got a "little extra" with her fried oyster dinner... a WHOLE fried roach!!! the legs and wings were under her fries. The place is disgusting and the health department needs to shut them down!!!
When she called them and told them what happened they asked: "what do you want me to do about it"? SERIOUSLY????? She drove up there with fried roach lunch in hand and got her money back. The manager wouldn't even show his face...DON'T EAT THERE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE NASTY!!!!!
Fried Roaches. This afternoon, the ladies at work all ordered from Baytown Seafood - one of my coworkers was served a large fried roach in her french fries. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
Love love love. I love this place.... Their seafood gumbo is awesome! They have tons of seafood loaded in the bowl, I've gone to many other upscale and lower end restaurants and nobody else puts as much seafood in their gumbo. Their fried shrimp is pretty good as well. If your going to eat good this is the place, if your going to enjoy a nice scenic view don't bother.
Can you spell fried. Seems like they only have fried fish, I think there are other healthier ways to serve up good fish other than fried. Not everyone eats F-R-I-E-D.
Fresh Seafood at a low price. This is a great place to call in an order of seafood for pick-up. (Provided you have one of their take-home menus.) They churn out some really good fried fish (choice of catfish or redfish; I like the latter), fried shrimp, and fried oysters. Their prices are less than half the amount of eating at fancier restaurants along the water. But their modest dining room and lower overhead means they pass on the savings to you. Their fried oysters are some of the best in town, in my opinion. Don't look for anything fancy in the dining room; just plain dark -red booths with paper napkins and a basket of crackers to go with your meal. We always just call in an order, and pick it up to take home. It makes a great seafood meal to share with the family at home, when you are tired and don't want to cook or go out to eat.
