He's got my business.. Called with clothes dryer that didn't work. Owner came out as scheduled, diagnosed problem but had to order part from Houston overnight. He came out soon as part came in and made repairs in minutes. Cost was very reasonable. Very professional work.

Are they still in business??!. Oh my! I was going to call them to see if repairing my garbage disposal would cost less than replacing it, but after reading nothing but horrible reviews, I think I'll just replace the darned thing! Hard to imagine that Bacliff Appliance is still in business; glad I read the reviews!

Say **NO** to Bacliff Appliance at all cost!!!!. We were linked with this company by our Home Warranty Company. We should have checked out others opinion/reviews. Perhaps we would have not lost time, money and patients trying to work with a company that does not know the meaning of professionalism and customer service.

We have rearranged our schedules and take time off from work on 2 separate occasions to meet a contractor at our home. They initially scheduled for a date and time. We called to confirm on the scheduled day (they did not place a courtesy reminder call). When we finally made contact with Bacliff Appliance they said we did not have a call scheduled. We rescheduled for Friday morning from 8 - 10. We waited to 12:00 noon. *No Call/No Show.* We contacted the Home Warranty company who encouraged us to continue working with this contractor. They were reportedly caught in Houston Traffic. We were unable to wait any longer on Friday so we put in a request for an urgent appointment the following week. Monday NO call, Tuesday NO call. We finally got in contact with Cheryl Tuesday. We schedule for a Thursday afternoon appointment. Wednesday, Cheryl leaves message with appointment set for 3:00 - 5:00 (arrival time) Thursday. We call and confirm appointment Thursday morning (3:00 - 5:00). I rush home for the scheduled appointment to find a card in the door that says they came at 1:50. "Unbelievable". 2 Weeks of wasted time and money.

What do we have to show for it??

• A Washer that has not been even looked at/assessed.

• Lost time and money from having to take time off at work.

• Far less faith in the quality of contractors that works with my Home Warranty Company.

• Baskets of DIRTY Laundry that will have to be taken out to wash (SOON).

Don’t make the mistake we did. Just say ***NO*** to Bacliff Appliance

HORRIBLE CONTRACTOR. They sent out a tech to look at my dishwasher and microwave. Determined what was wrong and said they needed to order parts and then they'd be out to complete repair. That was 3 weeks ago and 5, count them 5 unreturned messages.

Cheryl will not speak to me when I call. She tells the receptionist to tell me she's not available.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

What A JOKE!. What a JOKE! The tech (Jason) that came to our house fell asleep in our refrigerator while working! 2 visits later our refrigerator is still not working. Do yourself a favor, look for a different appliance company!

TERRIBLE COMPANY. First of all, my insurance company referred us to them to fix a refrigerator and sent them the work order on a Wednesday. Thursday afternoon I called and asked if they had recieved the order and they said no. They said they would come out on Friday. No one showed so I called and they said that they had recieved the work order and would come out on Saturday. No one showed. I called on Monday and they said the soonest they could have someone come out was Wednesday. A week after that Wednesday someone showed up and said that they had to order a circuit board. I was told the circuit board would take 2-3 days to come in and that was 5 days ago. These people are the most unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional group of hacks I have every done business with. DON'T USE BAYCLIFF APPLICANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional!. Buyer Beware! This shotty group is extreemly unprofessional, unreliable, rude and will lie to you. They made 2 appointments that they did not keep or call about. Then canceled the work order by hanging up on me : "Well fine, then we'll just not come out"

Best for you to find another contractor you can trust!
