great area but staff and price so so. Pro:

great area for the store as it is very convenient and safe.

Pro:

I canceled the order and got refund. (which went smoothly yes this does matter)

Pro: Will say also that the staff is friendly

cons:

Awareness of Price and Knowledge of Inventory:

instance: staff was unaware of when a shipment was coming in.

Said he had no tracking number for a shipment placed when he said he uses UPS. (that's confusing since UPS tracks shipments online)

Price: Same product cheaper by almost 40% at a competitor in the area (Wu's Violin)

so for two marks against and three marks for it
