These guys are incredible at what they do and they helped my Aunt get her place clean as possible. I was impressed with their fast service and friendly way of doing business. I strongly recommend using this company, as they were able to repair my Aunt's basement and I didn't think it was possible. Thank you. A+++ all the way guys.

This is the third time I have used Steam Express Duct Cleaning. They are very easy to schedule with and they are always on time. They come in and do a great job and are very reasonably priced. I will use them again and again! Thanks a bunch. (^_^)

First time customer, and it will be the last time! I called to make an appointment and to find out more information about their service, the receptionist that answered was completely rude. I figured, I'd try it out because I had a Valpak coupon and she's not the one doing the carpet cleaning so whatever. They arrived on time and called 30 minutes ahead of time before arriving which was good. However, the service was terrible. The men did not help move the furniture whatsoever. I understand when it comes to heavy furniture but they did not move anything! They watched me and my sister move everything we could and we are two young ladies! The man examining our carpet was also arrogant, lazy, and lying about the size of the rooms "just by looking at it" he came up with a random square footages. I've had my carpet steamed cleaned before by other companies and they have always at least helped move the furniture. But these people are horrible. They were also cutting corners and did not do a good job.

Very Disappointed. I don't even want to give one star! We had a two man team come to our home and clean our carpets. Unfortunately, one could not speak or understand English at all and the other had a strong accent that it was difficult to understand. I know this world has a variety of people and languages,which I love, but it becomes a problem when we cannot communicate successfully. They were careless with their equipment and, with no effort, ran the machine over our carpets with one hand. I had another in house Hoover carpet cleaning machine and ran over the carpets to see if they were truly clean. The water was dirty when it was ran only over a small portion of the floor. We called the company while they were here with our concerns and they kept giving an excuse instead of a solution. Sadly, this company will not be doing ours or our family, friends or neighbors carpets. I love to refer great service and friendly people, but this company was a disappointment all the way around. My suggestions would be to have them wear booties, especially when it has been storming outside, and not to run the tubing through the customers landscaping and then around the trimmed corners in the home. We had to mop the floors again to clean up after them. Great... more work for me.

Unsatisfied. Hi, we live in the 77095 area of Houston and called Steam Express to come do service at our home. My mother and I were very dissatisfied with their service. I was pregnant at the time, and my mom didn't know English. The service man missed 3 air vents and he barely worked an hour (only 45 minutes), and charged us $216.00. He said we should be able to tell the difference, but honestly, we cannot and I just wanted to post this review so other customers can just be on the look-out if you guys do call Steam Express.

I am a regular!. I am a regular customer of Steam Express Duct Cleaning. I always call them to get my area rugs and carpets cleaned because they honestly do the best job and charge the best prices.

Keep up an excellent work!. The service was excellent, carpets looks almost new. It was very good to be treated honestly and professionally with no pressure to buy some product. Thank you Steam Express. Keep up an excellent work!

The worst cleaning service ever! absolutely terrible. I gave one star since that is the only way to write a review. I had their air duct cleaning service since there was a coupon for a good deal and also their website was saying they are equipped with micro-camera so I can see the result later. When they showed up, there was no camera. they said only certain vans have camera. What?!. They were very pushy too. Worst service ever and you are wasting your money. If you need air duct cleaning, use Blackmonmooring. I used their service after I burnt my finger on Steamexpress. Blackmonmooring was really good, very kind, nice and professional. I was impressed so I used their steam carpet service too. Blackmonmooring provides the best super clean and qualified serives for both airduct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Steamexpress, are you kidding me?

Terrible Experience. We used these guys to steam clean our carpets and couch and were significantly upcharged for "pet sanitation". Our "cleaned" area rug still is coated with dog hair and stinks - there is even a crayola on the carpet that our dog had chewed up the other day that is still there. Carpets throughout the house are COMPLETELY SOAKED as is the couch they did - can't imagine that they will be dry anytime soon. They left pools of water on our hardwood floors. Also marked up our hardwood floors dragging furniture across them. Very unprofessional and will never, never use these guys again.

Do not use for Duct Cleaning. Within 5 minutes the technician, Nick, had the bill from $77 for air duct cleaning to $535. His helpers were already starting to work while he was trying to upsell me on all the extra stuff I needed to clean the air ducts - wich would have meant them having to do it again. When I asked where the Camera was that they use to inspect the ducts he said it was in the truck and he didn't need it - so I asked how they knew if the ducts were clean and he said that the tool they used guaranteed it would be. After they left I went into my attic and shook one of my flex duct lines and when I went down to the room it was feeding there was black stuff all over. I also asked how they knew if the tool head reached the plenum and he said it was by feel.....which sounds shady to me. His hose wasnt long enough to reach the plenum and when I asked him about it he did not have an educated answer. I would not use this company. Oh yeah....this was service done on a Monday because they had to cancel on Friday.
