Best Italian Restaurant. I found this place through a co-worker and the food is fabulous. This is a family owned restaurant and the service is A+. I have lived in Texas for a long time, and never had good pizza like I do when I go to Brooklyn's. The sauce has a good taste, the dough is perfect, and the cheese & pepperoni are authentic.

I highly recommend this place!

The dough was good. Went with a fellow employee because we share a genuine love for good pizza. This pizza did not win our affection. The dough was Brooklyn. But everything they did to it made it worse. The service and atmosphere did not score with us either. We have other places near by to try, and a few places we like much better when we aren't exploring, so they probably won't see us again.

Best Pizza in Humble!. Wonderful and attentive staff. You order at the counter, then the Brooklyn style pizza is brought to you. It is well lit and very clean in the dining room. I would recommend to anyone looking for pizza to make the drive from either Atascocita or Kingwood.

The sauce is perfectly layered on the pizza. Usually, pizza places don't put enough sauce on there, but this place earns high marks!
