DO NOT USE HER FOR YOUR WEDDING!! Jennifer and I signed a contract stating she would provide hair and make up services for myself and 4 other women for my wedding.She required I pay her half the total as a deposit ($406.13) when I signed the contract to hold the wedding date availability. On 9/14/12 I emailed Jennifer asking her to set up my trial hair/makeup appointment for October. She did not respond after a week. I then called her and left a message. She still didn't respond so I tried text messaging her that same day. She responded that she didn't get my email and we set up the trial for 10/17/12 at 5:30pm. The

day before I text messaged her again to confirm and she replied that she no longer had her studio at that salon location because of an argument with the landlord. After some text messages back and forth we decided to have the trial that Sunday at 10am at my condo, 13 days before my wedding. At 9:15 that morning I received an email stating she was in the emergency room and could not make it due to a complication. In her contract it states she will supply an alternative artist if she is unable to perform services, which she did not do. I emailed her back that we would no longer need her services, since she voided her contract by canceling last minute and not offering an alternate to please refund my money by cashiers check as soon as possible.

She emailed me back 10/26/12 stating she would put my check in the mail in the next 2-3 business days. 12/1/12 and we still have not received the check.

BEST HAIR DRESSER EVER. Jennifer was very pleasant to have do my hair for my best friends wedding. She did exactly what i wanted and she is very fast and i had several comments on my hair. She is also now my personal sylist and i go see her for all of my hair needs! I HIGHLY recommend her for any hair needs that you may need! SHES AWESOME and always willing to work with you! :)

Amazing Hair Color and Stylist!. One of the best hairstylist in the Houston and surrounding area. I have been going to Jennifer for years. Not only does she have amazing color techniques and skills, but great at styling and cutting hair as well. I always leave the salon pleased, most of the time with hair that exceeds my expectations. Fabulous hair at a reasonable price!

PERFECTION!. I was referred to Jennifer by a co-worker in 2009. Before getting referred to Jennifer, I always dreaded getting hair cuts because I have had so many bad experiences in the past with other salons. I have since been going to Jennifer exclusively and have never left unhappy!

She not only directs me well on what colors/cuts go best with my face shape and skin, etc., she does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows as well! She shows me how to style my hair so it looks great everyday, not just when I leave the salon.

She has also cut my clip in extensions for me so that they flow better with my hair. Jennifer is an all around true professional in every aspect.

I wholeheartedly recommend using Jennifer to anyone and everyone!!
