HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. The sales lady that was working today was the rudest person I have ever met. I was shopping with my 2 young sons when 3 year old had to go to the bathroom. I asked the sales lady if he could use the restroom she told me that they did not have one. He started to do the

"potty dance" and cried "mommy, pee pee right now". When I asked again she told me (very rudely) to go to Kroger. Well that is what I did. And I bought the cards I needed at Kroger too.

I am appalled at the lack of sympathy for a little boy that has to go to the restroom. I will NEVER shop at this hallmark again!
