Strike 3 Your Out. First time there we were asked to wait 15 minutes when half the restaurant was empty? We were eventually seated and waited for a server...waited for drinks...server had to get the bar tender to open our bottle of wine she said she was not trained how to do it? Salads were sloppy and soaked in dressing, appetizer was cold and when the entree's arrived there was a hair in my wife's. A "server trainer" came to my table and I was told that it was not a hair but a brillo pad...That's supposed to make me feel better. I asked to see the manager,she never came. I asked again and was told she was in the office doing paper work and was aked NOT TO BE DISTURBED??? I later found out she was the General Manager. Several months later we tried it again.The second visit was not any better, the hostess seemed disorganized and seemed as though she did not know what was going on. We were seated and waited about 5 minutes and the hostess came back over and she said she was trying to find a server that wanted to take the table??? Were we not good enough? Service was again slow, took a while for the drinks to arrive. My $20 steak was way over cooked...and my wife's entree came out with the wrong pasta. The server apologized and said they were out of angel hair pasta? How does an Italian restaurant run out of pasta? I asked to speak to the GM again and was told she was not here. I waited a few weeks and tried several times to call and speak with the General Manager. She was never there and never returned my calls. The 3rd visit After we got our wine I went to the restroom and was blown away by the smell of raw sewage that started by a server work station and got worse as I got to the restroom. Once I returned to the table I asked the server about it and he said that it has been that way for about a year and management was not doing anything about it.We lost our appetite and asked for the GM again...She was not in. I was not surprised! We will never be back!
